Philippe's place is super well located and equipped. We came to Jullouville to celebrate Christmas with the family and this pied à terre was absolutely perfect for us. There was no shortage of things in the house. The little jar of honey made by Philippe was very nice for our arrival. We recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation

Superb and very well maintained accommodation and garden terrace areas. Very well-equipped in terms of both furniture and leisure. We had a memorable family weekend thanks to this peaceful place full of greenery (beautiful view from the veranda) and a + for the beds already made on arrival, thank you Valerie, see you soon for sure!

Monique was very attentive and gave us directions to visit the area. The house comes with everything you need to feel like in your own. Indispensable to go by car to move around the area (I would not recommend it in case of going by public transport) because the village is so quiet that it only has a bakery (but you find a hypermarket a few kilometers away). I would recommend it without hesitation.

The bucolic setting, under a beautiful blue sky, is a pleasure for the eyes. The house was spotless as was Perrine's welcome, very friendly. The location makes it easy to reach beaches and tourist points of interest by car. We had a great time and would recommend the place without hesitation.

The stay went well, there were 2 of us. Hosted by the very friendly Host who provided us with a bike. Very helpful and responsive person. Very good location. Duplex with kitchen downstairs, attic bedroom. From what we have heard, trains pass between 6am and midnight then "haven of peace" . They pass very often so not disturbing to us. The sofa bed looks big (not tested). bed mattress: we roll a little in it. No blackout curtains yet but shutters. It was ok for us. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Perfect stay! I had trouble finding a place that was both quiet and close to the city center: that's the promise of Catherine's place. I came to Rennes to recharge my batteries and Catherine's place was a big part of it. Nowadays it is rare to find an Airbnb that "lives", that is not just an impersonal "apartment". We see that this apartment has a soul, that there is life, memories and I was very sensitive to it. Finally, Catherine was very hospitable. Self checkout. Recommended without a second thought and will be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Dol de Bretagne, in a quality studio where Zabeth and Pascal welcomed us warmly.
