The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. My place is a 17th century farmhouse, we refurbished it in 2016. It consists on the ground floor, a large equipped and furnished kitchen, living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the Parc des Expo, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park. Linens and bath towels are included in the price.

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm.
