I only spent one night there but if the opportunity arises, I will gladly spend several days there. The space is very well arranged, the bed is comfortable and the sound insulation is perfect. In addition, the host is very nice, attentive and responsive. Recommended +++

A very quiet apartment 20 minutes from the city center, clean, well-equipped, pleasant and bright, that met all our expectations for our Rennes stay. We extended for two more nights. It went very well: welcome, communication and exchanges at the top! We recommend it.

Thérèse welcomed us very warmly despite our somewhat late arrival. The apartment is cozy and in a good location (shops and buses nearby), perfect for discovering Rennes!

Francoise’s property is an excellent base for exploring Rennes. All of the main places in town are within an easy walking distance. The property is well-kept and clean. It has a balcony overlooking the river. Although located near roads, it is quiet and the outside shutters help keep the rooms dark. One thing for car drivers to note is that the allocated parking space is tight and the undercover garage has a steep ramp up to it. If driving a low car, or one that is bigger than one classed as small, it will be worth considering the paid street parking nearby, which is free between 7.00pm and 9.00am. Francoise is super responsive and helpful. It is definitely worth considering use of this property when visiting Rennes.

Claudine's place was truly a rare find and we would highly recommend it. Superb location close to a lot of nice attractions. Claudine was very helpful and came to introduce herself when we arrived. She was very accommodating as we travelled with our 1 year old daughter. She has all the facilities for travelling with a baby/toddler. The house is excellent and has all amenities one could require. It also has a nice garden for relaxing in the sunshine! Thank you!

The cottage is beautifully renovated and was spacious enough for our family. The downstairs bedroom with its bathroom was a great advantage for our disable daughter who is unable to walk. Armelle was very sweet providing us eggs laid by the hens and made sure we had everything. Beautiful house, beautiful location with lovely hosts. We managed to visited a number of places during our stay all around 30mins drive. Thank you Armelle et Mikael for sharing your beautiful property.

A favorite for this beautiful, comfortable and beautifully decorated house with a particularly pleasant terrace and garden.

We traveled as a family to visit Mont Saint Michel, the location was perfect. The host provides bicycles (also children's bicycles and baby seat) to get to the Mont via the bike path which is just behind the house. In 20 minutes you're there and you can park the bike in one of the available bike parking lots. The accommodation is very charming with a beautiful and very peaceful exterior. A small garden at the front and a large green space nearby for children to play with a ping pong table. The interior is also very nice, large upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a small single bed/bench and sofa bed in the living room, both very comfortable. We rarely used the kitchen which is equipped with a small fridge, oven and induction stove but without a host, ideally for simple and quick dishes. We had a great time and it's a perfect place to visit Mont St Michel.

Comfortable and very quiet accommodation. Coraline and Fred are very available and very responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional.

We had a great time in Dol de Bretagne, in a quality studio where Zabeth and Pascal welcomed us warmly. Impeccable pro stay in Claudine's home, close to the Beaulieu Campus and public transport to reach Rennes city center. His apartment is superb and spacious, beautiful terrace. We'll be happy to go back.

Everything was perfect, you feel good right away! The apartment is bright, spacious and very well arranged! The terrace is well exposed)…. And quiet! The beach)….. very beautiful …. is 100 m away …. in short, beach aperitif every day! Absolutely no complaints! We had a great time with the family. Bikes available… it's awesome! We can't wait to come back!
