-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.
