In the 4**** (DTV) holiday home Astara you benefit from an excellent location: Neuschwanstein Castle (4.2 km), lakes, Kristalltherme and Tegelbergbahn (approx. 3 km). 3 bedrooms (for max. 7 adults and 1 child) and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub are located on the upper floor. On the first floor, the kitchen-living room with living room and conservatory (terrace and garden with mountain view) is the centerpiece. 4 flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, garden grill and table tennis table provide the right entertainment.

Historic Allgäu country house near Kempten

At Kempten in the Allgäu in the middle of nature stands our about 500 years old country house. The house is listed as a monument, was built by a knight at the time and is supposed to be located in a place of power. One thing is for sure,... here there is pure relaxation and approx. 210 sqm for private use, a children's paradise, idyllic location, large garden, private terrace with charcoal grill, swimming pond, sauna, 3 floors, 3 bathrooms (bathtubs+showers), 6 bedrooms, leisure: hiking, biking, skiing, swimming

Cottage/semi-detached house for max. 6 people. The comfortable and cozy cottage is located at the edge of the forest above Lechsees with a view over the lake to the Allgäu Bergland to the Ammergau Alps. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (baby travel cot and fall protection available) and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and hallway. 1 bedroom with direct access to the balcony. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area, hallway, living room, Swedish oven, washing machine, dryer and guest toilet.

Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. The local infrastructure is second-to-none with all the amenities you could wish for within walking distance including supermarkets, restaurants, river bathing and cross-country skiing. Located a mere 20 kms from the Austrian border, major skiing resorts are nearby and our very own Neuschwanstein Castle only a 20-minute drive.

-Cozy, older single-family house, approx. 200m from the free shores of Lake Constance (old campsite) with garden and old trees. In the attic is the bedroom with a double bed. An additional Baby cot is also available. Living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, dining room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. A complete Infrastructure with supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries are within walking distance. The hospital, MTU, ZF, Airbus and the FN exhibition center are easy to reach.

Located 70 m to the lake and 200 m to the next beach, the Casa Calvin offers 90 sqm space, including a huge living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an amazing garden and a fireplace. The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 7 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The house, built in 1898 and 2023 lovingly restored by us, is quiet and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

We welcome you to our holiday cabin "Allgäuer Hüsli Mathais" in the beautiful Montafon. Enjoy your ski or hiking holiday in the largest ski and hiking paradise in Vorarlberg, the Silvretta Nova. Please bring your own towels and bed linen, as these are not provided by us. We charge for NC and cleaning outside of Airbnb, as we are guided by their economy.
