We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the days. Great to reach by public transportation. Thanks for the hospitality.

Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Great location two steps away from the Baia Del Silencio

We stayed with Natalia for the Easter Bridge, 2 adults, a child and 2 golden-like dogs. The apartment was big enough to host us all. The large park where the building is located has allowed safe night walks for both us and dogs. From the property you can walk to the super equipped beach

Matteo’s place has a great location as it is right in the heart of Monterosso with lots of shopping and restaurants around! it has a beautiful roof top terrace and a short walk to the beach. Matteo was extremely helpful with our check in and provided us with helpful recommendations for places near by! would definitely stay again

The apartment is very spacious and well located. I want to mention that given its location close to the main street it is quite noisy especially in the summer when we have to leave the windows open. But otherwise 5 min to everything. And the hosts were accommodating

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

Excellent stay, beautiful and peaceful place while still close to everything (vehicle necessary) and perfect for enjoying the Cinque Terre and its villages and hikes. And thanks to Roberto and Graziella for the little extras! Recommended and redone without hesitation.

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

Cavi is quiet and small but still offers the most useful services such as cafes, supermarkets, restaurants. With minimal travel, even by train, you can move around and visit many other seaside and inland points. Super kind and helpful host, perfect home as in the photos and complete with everything, really everything.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of five. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and there are two terraces to soak in the view. The apartment is a short walk from the Monterosso train station. However, it does require climbing steps. We have young kids (youngest being 7) and they all did fine. However, I can see the walk to the apartment being difficult for those who may have limited mobility. We hope to come back to Cinque Terre and would stay here again.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive. Once again, a huge thank you to our host!

We loved this place and could happily have stayed forever. The large terrace was amazing, overlooking the sea and great for people watching but still private and peaceful as up on the 3rd floor. We had both breakfasts and dinners up there. Kitchen is great with plenty of appliances etc to cook a full meal. A couple of little grocery shops near by - we found the one at 116 Via Fegina good, little rabbit warren of a place with fresh fruit and veg - their fresh pesto was excellent. Washing machine was highly appreciated as was the line to dry things on the terrace. Wifi worked reliably in all rooms. Position is ideal for the train - literally come out the station, turn right and you are there. Lots of good local information available for both walks and restaurants. Rubbish and recycling was easy to drop into the large bins by the car park, we never did find the food waste one but the cleaner was happy to take it. Cannot recommend this apartment enough - if it is available, book it.

Charming apartment with sea views. Everything is clean and as described. Paola and her husband welcomed us upon arrival and were very responsive when we asked them questions. The garage is a plus. The city center is a 5-minute walk and the train station serving the 5 lands, or Genoa, Portofino is a 15-minute walk. Excellent, I recommend it!!!
