Villa vacation rentals in Le Diamant

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Rosette is a very welcoming host, attentive and ready to help (one of our children was sick when we arrived and she helped us). The villa is just perfect. We spent 10 days there with our 3 young children and are delighted with our stay. Perfect location to explore the south of the island. Very well equipped and functional. The covered terrace (all around the house) and the salt pool (the tower is tiled!) are a real plus to enjoy the holidays. The road below is very quickly forgotten and does not spoil the stay. Access path not easy to find (the first few times) from the main road but Rosette cleverly spotted the entrance to this path. We recommend this listing and would love to be able to come back one day.

Excellent accommodation in a very good location 5 minutes from the beach, bakery, market which takes place every day except Monday, and 10 minutes' walk to the city center. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking in front of the accommodation and always available. The house is large, the garden is very well maintained as well as the pool. The pool is a real plus and we enjoyed it. There is a robot to clean it, which is perfect. The bedding is of good quality and the air conditioners are very quiet. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker in addition to the filter coffee maker. Agnès is very friendly and had prepared a bottle of planter's punch with small pies, as well as a package of pasta and bolognese sauce for our arrival (a Sunday at 7 p.m.). Communication is very easy. She allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day. I would recommend this place which is really perfect.

A beautiful villa and the environment was perfect. Quiet, ideal for a good vacation. The host was outstanding, good response and soliving things very quick.

We had a lovely stay in Martinique, in the house rented by Vonig. Everything was as advertised and photographed. The house is very nice, opens to the pool, a real treat. Secure access through a gate is a real plus. You're at home, not overlooked. And quiet. Thanks Vonig!

Superlatives are missing… Fantastic house, we live "outside", very well structured and arranged, the pool is superb and so pleasant. The listing photos are accurate. Organization of the rental, perfect communication - key handover, very pleasant and accommodating arrival/departure inventory. The owner is very friendly, the couple managing charming. The views of the Diamond Bay are breathtaking! In short, we leave this house with great regret, with many memorable memories. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent place. Gorgeous setting. Carine was very helpful as well. We would come back! The outdoor deck is particularly fun and great to relax.

We spent 8 nights in the house with our young children. The house is located in a quiet, safe area and allows for absolute tranquility. The house is far from shops, however it allows for exceptional views of the sea, village and mountains. Highlights: - Very responsive host and concierge service and they give good advice and small touches - The house is clean and offers an open concept on the garden overlooking the sea +++ - Very comfortable bedding and in addition a cute bathroom adjacent to each bedroom - The pool and sea view are even more beautiful in person! - Very quiet area allowing nights of sleep to the sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. To be considered: To get to the house, you have to use a fairly bumpy dirt/stone road - we strongly suggest renting a small SUV. However, a real road seemed to be under construction during our stay!

It is a very pleasant villa located on the heights of Ste Luce with 180° ocean views. Its location makes it very easy to get around. The accommodation and amenities are as described. The garden and the gazebo allow you to enjoy life outdoors. The pool, even if it's not big, is a real pleasure to relax in. Vincent is an extremely friendly and caring host, very responsive and with very good advice. Finally, also note an excellent internet connection, good wifi and a very good quality TV system.

We had a great time at Priscilla and Bertrand's house. The villa is superb, well equipped, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The welcome and stay was perfect. We highly recommend it!

The location of the house in StPierre and especially directly on the beach is very nice for enjoying the water beautiful sunsets this house is perfect for 8 people Meals on the terrace overlooking the boats and the Pelée when it wants to show itself are a great moment of pleasure The decor is very successful and tastefully done. The owners have an artist's soul It's a very soothing home where you simply feel good

An absolutely peaceful and rejuvenating stay. In a private setting where everything is designed to make you feel better than at home. The villa is tastefully decorated and nothing is left to chance. With my partner, we had to visit the surroundings but we had to review our plans, the site was so good that we preferred to stay on site. I recommend it and I will be sure to go back. Great location on a very quiet street, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the center of the town. The place and the pool were spotless. A street parking space in front of the house was available for us throughout the stay. We stayed with a small 4-month-old baby and had everything we needed (crib, mosquito net, etc.). Véronique who took care of us was adorable and very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return.

A little jewel! Superb accommodation, family of 4 adults and two children, we spent 6 nights in this little piece of heaven. The view from the terrace in the early morning or at sunset is just amazing. The market, restaurants, shops within walking distance, pharmacy… Beautiful walk on the waterfront, the coves of Arlet, the black cove, the Dufour cove are beautiful. The pool is a real plus to relax after a hike or a visit. The sounds of the rooster and the sea didn't bother us. We would have stayed a few more nights! You can go there without a second thought!

We spent 9 days in the villa with my partner and one-year-old daughter. Pierre Emanuel was very responsive to our questions before our arrival. Once there, Caroline gave us a warm welcome with a very nice welcome basket, clear explanations, tips on things to do nearby! Just perfect The villa is in line with the photos and the wow effect is there when you discover the view for the first time. What a joy to wake up every morning to the Diamond Rock! The villa is secured with a gate, it is perfectly equipped, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room… nothing to complain about A big thank you to Caroline for her hospitality, availability, responsiveness and flexibility and adaptation for the departure time! A sunny person who makes you want to come back! We had a dream vacation!

small house in the residence very pretty. as described. the beach just opposite is not crowded but the sea a little more agitated. the snack bar just opposite makes noise on weekends but is quiet the rest of the time. Anaïs was very nice and available.

This was our second time staying at Emeraude’s home, and it was even better—we love this place. It’s clean, near a beach (2 min drive), and spacious. The host, Julien is great from checkin to providing local recommendations, and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
