Excelente ubicación, a minutos del metro y el tren lo cual te permite conocer la ciudad de forma fácil. Los anfitriones muy amables y al pendiente de los huéspedes, sin duda volvería.

This home is beautiful. It is located in a gorgeous neighborhood and very private. The home is close to everything! There's a supermarket (Alcampo) within 8 mins. The mall there is nice too. Plenty of restaurants. You can grab an Uber to the city center (20 mins) or to a game: RealMadrid is 20 mins away and Atletico is 12 mins away. The pool is beautiful though it was too cold for us to use it. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all very convenient. Evelyn welcomed us nicely and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Alicia's home to anyone looking to be near everything yet far away from it all!

Vielen lieben Dank . Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft . Man kam sehr schnell in die Stadt mit der Bahn und diese war auch super zu erreichen ( 8 min Fußweg. Wenn man Fragen hatte wurden diese sehr schnell beantwortet und Ramon war immer hilfsbereit . Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen .

La casa es preciosa, más bonita que en las fotos., espectacular. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy rápida. Muy buena ubicación, con una boca de metro a 7 min caminando. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

Apartamento muy agradable y bonito

Laura is een fijne host; ze ontvangt je persoonlijk, heeft antwoord op al je vragen en is super goed bereikbaar. De locatie ligt gunstig voor een groot deel van het centrum en is rustig. Wat achtergrond geluid van de bussen en taxi’s voor de deur maar we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De inrichting is super luxe en schoon. Het voor ons uitklappen van de slaapbank omdat we twee aparte slaapplekken wilden, was voor Laura geen probleem.

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nuestra experiencia en el departamento de María Elena fue excelente! La ubicación es inmejorable, con una breve caminata estás frente a la Puerta de Alcalá, a la Fuente de la Cibeles o en pleno barrio de Salamanca... El departamento es acogedor e ideal para dos personas. María Elena se mostró siempre muy atenta y servicial. Muy recomendable!!!

Sandra responde siempre pronto a las preguntas y María ayuda para lo que se necesita. El apartamento es cómo descrito. El metro está a 10 minutos. Hay un Carrefour a 5 mns para ls compras y la "Boulangerie" que hace un pan muy bueno.

David a été un hôte parfait du début à la fin. Sans que nous demandions quoi que ce soit, il nous a envoyés le détail pour accéder à l’appartement ainsi qu’une adresse pour dîner le soir même puisque nous arrivions tardivement. Il a même fait la réservation pour nous. Il répondait très très vite aux questions et l’appartement était conforme en tout point à la description. Nous étions quatre couples, c’était parfait ! Le quartier est très calme et le métro El Carmen se situe à 50 m de l’appartement et permet d’accéder au centre de Madrid en un petit quart d’heure à peine. Franchement, si nous devons revenir, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez David. Nous recommandons vivement.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Tanto Marta como Assaf estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros ,por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa .La casa esta en una zona tranquilísima y muy bien rodeada de servícios ( supermercados,cafeterías ,farmacia,tiendas multiprecio etc). La vivienda estaba muy limpia , ordenada y bien equipada...nos sentimos como en casa. El primer día hizo un poco de calor y agradecimos mucho los ventiladores de techo en todos los dormitorios.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wenn man mehr Action haben wollte, war dies gut fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es reichlich und haben alles bekommen, was wir brauchten. Die Kinder und wir haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Sofern man Lust auf Sightseeing hatte, waren Valencia und Alicante mit dem Auto in gut einer Stunde erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub.

Es un alojamiento acogedor, bien ubicado, tienes tienda al frente del departamento, fruterias y mini markets lo cual ayuda mucho, ademas de las dos estaciones de tren

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dania. La maison est bien rénovée et très propre. Il y a une très belle terrasse. C'est un peu dommage qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant près de la maison. Sinon tout est ok et je recommande la maison de Dania.

Spędziliśmy dwa wspaniałe dni w tym domu podróżując w dwie rodziny (6 osób). Dom jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach - przestronny, niezwykle czysty i świetnie utrzymany. Lokalizacja jest idealna - cicha i spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko stacji metra, co ułatwia zwiedzanie Madrytu. Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe bezpośrednio przed domem! Kuchnia i łazienki są dobrze wyposażone, a każda sypialnia ma klimatyzację. W okolicy znajduje się rewelacyjna restauracja, gdzie zjedliśmy jedne z najlepszych hamburgerów w życiu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem przebiegała sprawnie przez aplikację Airbnb. Wszystko było dokładnie opisane i nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zameldowaniem czy wymeldowaniem. Jedynym drobnym minusem jest brak większego stołu (obecny jest tylko dla 2 osób), co utrudnia wspólne posiłki przy większej grupie. Poza tymi szczegółami, nasz pobyt był doskonały. Z pewnością polecam to miejsce innym podróżującym w grupie. Okolica dość specyficzna ale w sumie było bezpiecznie.
