Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. We are located in Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 in the center of Madrid, two minutes from the metro of La Latina, in this street they put El Rastro every Sunday, the apartment has a separate room, a full bathroom and a living space with American kitchen. My hideaway, it is a quiet loft as it does not face the street, it is very well designed and it is very comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is very central with a supermarket open 24 hours and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas sites. If it's Sunday you can walk to the trail, which is spectacular, walking to museums, retreat park, Atocha station and metro at 20m. Completely disinfected after each exit. OS AWAIT
