Vacation rentals with a home theater in Lavapiés, Centro

The location was great, 10 mins walk of Plaza del Sol and the Gran Via, 20 mins to main galleries. Lots of local eateries, shops and markets. Quiet at night to be able to sleep. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Manuel, our host was super responsive and the check in was very easy.

The apartment was just like the photographs and the cleaning was exquisite.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was impeccable and super complete. The only thing is that to enter you do it by mobile only with a network signal and there is little signal in the place, the rest is spectacular. I would come back.

Could not stay in a better place in La Latina!

I stayed in Josefinas Apartment for 9 nights and it was perfect. I needed a place to work in the mornings and Josefinas Wifi worked perfectly. I loved the little patio and the kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook, I used it often. The fridge is big and there is a freezer, too. The bed is really comfy and there is even a washing machine. It was perfect for one person, can accommodate 2 easily as well. Lavapiés is a very central neighborhood and has a lot of original character. I never felt unsafe walking the streets at night. I can highly recommend booking Josefinas apartment if you are staying in Madrid :)

I really liked the apartment, everything was clean and well equipped. The owner's service was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have a TV in the room, but overall everything was excellent. Recommended!

Ramón was an excellent host - very friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment was super clean and exceptionally designed. A true jewel within the city and I felt lucky to have stayed here.

Laura is a great host; she receives you personally, has answers to all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is conveniently located for a large part of the city center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully there. The decor is super luxurious and clean. Folding out the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

I'd go back. The location is great for dining out, shopping, and walking to certain tourist spots. It was easy to get there by subway from the airport. He allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out until our flight time.

La casa del Olmo is a beautiful place in the heart of the Sierra de Madrid, which has given us the peace and inspiration we needed. It is within a private development and the garden space is so large and with so much privacy, that you feel in the heart of nature. In the morning it is wonderful to hear so many birds, it is a place of reconnection of body and soul. The house is cozy and clean, the beds are very comfortable and has all the necessary utensils. It has several telecommuting spaces that are worth using for the silence of the environment and the fantastic views. The town square, the supermarket, the bakery.. everything is a 5-minute walk away. It's really comfortable. The communication with Pedro and Judit was great and we were advised places to visit and also activities to do in the environment. They also left us an exquisite welcome touch. It's a paradise. We look forward to coming back in summer to try the pool and the bbq!!

This is a very nice place, the same as the description. With many services: dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, full kitchen, sheets, towels, barbecue, swimming pool.... It is in a very quiet residential area 10-15 minutes drive from the city center. Carolina and Fran are always available if you need any info or advice. It's a great rental, I highly recommend it.

The place is beautiful, quiet and with an incredible view. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool, but it was cold, so it didn't hurt much. Extremely friendly and helpful!

José is a very friendly person, he welcomed us very warmly. Throughout the stay he was attentive to us, and made recommendations. He helped us find the best prices. He even took us to the train station once because there were no buses at that time. I really recommend it if you're just going to sleep and go out to explore. It's close to metro station 10 that takes you everywhere. If you want something at a low cost, this may be a good option.

Despite the little time on site, we really appreciated Julia's kindness and availability, the calm and comfort of the accommodation, while creating anecdotes;). Thank you and see you soon.

Thank you to Miguel and his wife at all times they cared about when we arrived, in the end we arrived at 00.15 and we were talking, in case I had any questions, she told me that if I had any problems during the stay, that I did not hesitate to call it, everything was super clean, no detail was missing, really, we will repeat again

Francisco was outstanding, he even became an invaluable source on a personal issue requiring medical attention. The property is very well located, close to main Madrid points of attraction. Unfortunately there were two issues out of reach for the property: - The front is in a restricted traffic lane exclusive for taxis and buses but forbidden for Uber type of transport requiring to run for the other side of the street. Minor but inconvenient . -There is a remodeling of the attached property: they started every single day of our rather long stay, except weekends, at 8:00 am with a pneumatic hammer and didn't stop until after the evening. I guess we were unlucky getting the worst part of it because random banging could be acceptable but not a non-stop hammer rattle. Bad luck, think other future customers would be better off.

Jose was an amazing host! He offered to pick us up from the airport and was very flexible with check in time. He helped us with our metro card and getting used to the city. He was super friendly and had great recommendations!

Mary's place is wonderful! You feel right at home, a very nice place, super clean and mega tidy! It is very central, close to everything and you can take public transport in front of the building. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby! 100% recommended, I would definitely choose it 1000 times when I return to Madrid! Thank you for all the attention!!!

My husband, my daughter and I stayed for three months while we renovated our house. From the first moment, we felt at home in the apartment. It is spacious, bright, quiet and with respectful neighbors. It's a place to disconnect and rest from everyday stress. Fernando and Isabel were very attentive and caring from the moment we arrived. I think their house is a reflection of them, warm, bright and serene. It was definitely a great choice to stay there.
