Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Latina

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Buonasera abbiamo soggiornato dal 23 al 26 , tronerò volentieri e consiglio a tutti questa location....pulita ..accogliente...e marco super disponibile

Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Everything went great. Our host was great and took care about our transport from airport to the apartment. The apartment has everything and it is very well equipt. Metro station is 10min walk from the apartment. I would recommend it to everyone.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

Wir haben 30 € für den späteren Check-In gezahlt. Die uns empfangene Dame hat uns gut eingewiesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Viertel Travistere hat viele nette Bars, Restaurants und Cafes. Ein täglich stattfindender Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse sowie ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Auch die große Terrasse bot uns Erholung von unserem Städtetrip. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, allerdings sollte man gut Treppensteigen können, um die Wohnung zu erreichen.

Beautiful apartment, well appointed with everything needed for our 7 day stay. Great location, walked to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain,Colosseum, Forum, and Capitoline Museums. Taxi Stand 200 meters from apartment ( Vatican & Museums) Many cafes’ and eateries and shops. Mergarita was most helpful in dining recommendations and even found us a reservation for a Mother’s Day dinner on short notice! The best experience!

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome! This Airbnb exceeded all expectations. Nestled away from the city's chaos yet conveniently walkable to all attractions, including a 20-minute stroll to Vatican City. The air conditioning on both levels was a lifesaver. Jacopo was an outstanding host, meeting us upon arrival and providing two sets of keys. The area is filled with fantastic restaurants, and the beautiful balconies and gorgeous pool were highlights. The interior decor was top-notch—photos don’t capture its true charm! Highly recommend!

Une excellente adresse romaine ! le plaisir commence avant l’arrivée grâce aux échanges proactifs et faciles avec Elisa ainsi qu’à ses multiples conseils pour un séjour optimisé à Rome. L’appartement est extrêmement agréable avec une magnifique terrasse assez incroyable dans cette zone urbaine. La situation est parfaite, à proximité immédiate des différents modes de transport en commun, mais également à moins de 30 minutes à pied des principaux sites touristiques. Bref, foncez, la Dolce Vita vous tend les bras.

Vicky’s rental exceeded our expectations. Vicky spent time with us talking about the culture in the area and a little bit about herself and just made us feel right comfortable at home. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lovely place to stay with wonderful decor. Hope to be able to come back and run this site again!

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Very close to all the big tourist attractions. A bit pricey compared to other luxury places I rented earlier. The kitchen amenities with eg. only one electric plug for 3 machines is a bit poor.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb in Rome! The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely equipped, and situated in an unbeatable location near Castel Sant’Angelo. Our host was proactive, communicative, and ensured our stay was comfortable throughout. Bonus points for the great local food options nearby! Highly recommended—we would definitely stay again.

Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

Me hubiera encantado quedarme más de una noche en el alojamiento de Filomena, estuvimos viajando 25 días por Europa y de todos mis alojamientos fue el que más me gustó, zona muy agradable para caminar, llena de rincones pintorescos, cafés y restaurantes, se sentía muy tranquilo pero a unos metros estaban las avenidas principales y más emblemáticas de Roma, cuando llegamos temprano en la mañana el marido de Filomena estaba haciendo el aseo pero aún así nos ayudó a cargar y guardar nuestro equipaje para que pudiéramos dejarlo ahí para salir a pasear en lo que el departamento estaba listo, la comunicación con Filomena fue excelente desde antes del viaje, incluso me ayudó a resolver un problema que tuve con otro alojamiento que me canceló a última hora ahí mismo en Roma para otras fechas diferentes y se ofreció a ayudarme a encontrar diferentes alternativas. El alojamiento es más amplio de lo que se ve en las fotos y si un día regreso a Roma definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

Simply unforgettable! Our stay in this stunning Rome condo was perfection. Its unbeatable location, literally steps from the magnificent Colosseum, meant we could walk everywhere, feeling truly immersed. The condo itself was a dream: tastefully decorated, blending classic Roman elegance with modern comfort; every detail felt thoughtfully curated. One of the biggest delights was the incredible food scene right outside our door. We discovered countless amazing, authentic local restaurants just a short stroll away, offering the most delicious Roman cuisine we’ve ever tasted. Our host was genuinely caring, ensuring our check-in was incredibly smooth and welcoming, even providing fantastic local recommendations. And then there's the stunning rooftop terrace… absolute magic! It offered the most breathtaking, spectacular sunsets over the Roman skyline, painting the sky with incredible colors each evening. It was the perfect spot to unwind and create memories. A+++

Marianna's apartment in Rome was well located. Ultra modern with all the amenities one needs on vacation. Proximate to bus stops and metro it is easy to get anywhere in Rome. Nice neighborhood with some nice bars and restaurants at walking distance apart from supermarkets for buying essentials. We highly recommend and would return on our next Rome visit.

Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Rome. The house is decorated so appropriately and the location is great! Really liked staying here.

Super comfortable place, was within walking distance of most everything. The condo itself was quaint and nice with access to a beautiful balcony that we used to its full effect. Marina was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay and the price was reasonable!
