Apartment vacation rentals in Latina

We loved staying at Paolo’s beautiful apartment! It was perfect for our large group. Everything was clean and well appointed. The Colosseum is literally right down the street! Such a great walkable neighborhood and Paolo had many wonderful recommendations! We loved our stay, highly recommend!

Francesca was a wonderful host. Incredibly communicative and helpful before arrival, while we were there and even helping after our departure. The location is fantastic for being in the heart of things, just be aware that you are truly in the heart of things and on the weekends there will be lots of noises coming from the piazza di santa maria much of the night.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Il est bien situé (transports en commun juste à côté du gîte). L hôte est très réactif et s assure de notre confort. Nous recommandons +++

Dhomes’s place was perfect for our stay in Rome. The place was large enough for our family of 9. It was clean, well maintained and the pictures matched the place. It was located within walking distance of many dining and shopping options. It was also within walking distance, or a short bus ride, to all the major attractions (Colosseum, Forum, Vatican City). We recommend Dhomes place for your stay in Rome if you have a larger family that wants to be within walking distance of the major Rome attractions. Michael

This was a lovely apartment, with the balcony a great feature, perfect for sitting outside with an evening drink, overlooking the quiet street. Convenient for public transport or walking. Plenty of space in the apartment so we never felt cramped - it looked just like the pictures of it. Tiziana responded very quickly and the instructions were very clear. Would recommend Tempo di Minerva (in Via Manzoni) of the restaurants close by, for its friendly family atmosphere, and Cafe Italia (on way to Church of Cross of Jerusalem) for great sandwiches and pastries. Good supermarkets a short walk away. All in all, a perfect base for our first stay in Rome. This was excellent value given its size and location.

Viviana's place is in San Lorenzo, rather close to Sapienza university, an area where many students and "normal" people live. There are two bus lines close, which bring you to the metro or train station (10-15') and the city center (20-30'). The appartment is quite large and well maintained. It is well equipped with everything you normally need (we did not cook ourselves though) and has air condition. We would come back for another stay!

Giampiero es un excelente host! Fue muy amable al recibirnos, estacionamos el carro en el parking privado del edificio sin ningún problema, el departamento estaba súper limpio y está súper bien ubicado. Muy cerca de todas los lugares a visitar en Roma! Muchas gracias, Giampiero!!!!

We spent 3 days in the apartament with our 1,5 years baby and truly recommend it. City center, but quiet and amazing restaurants near by. Perluigi was very helpful and nice, thank you!☺️

We really enjoyed our stay. Elena was a fantastic host - she made us feel very welcome from the start and was ready to help with any questions we had about recommendations and local services. The place is within walking distance from the Vatican City. The blackout blinds meant we slept very well and the nespresso machine was great when starting the morning!

Francesca is an amazing person who went above and beyond - she was super helpful throughout and took great care of us. Her flat exceeded our expectations - the Vatican is next door and this was a great convenience. Many of the sites are a quick walk from her place. Lots of nice restaurants and pasticcerias just below. A great supermarket close by too. A very safe neighbourhood for families. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a stay in Rome - just great.

Plenty of room for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfectly located near lots of restaurants, shops, and sites. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Maria's apartment! It was a great location and space for our family of 5 and we could easily walk to and from the AS Roma match at Stadio Olimpico. There's also a delicious pizza place just around the corner. Public transport into the main tourist area is closeby and makes it easy to enjoy the sights while staying in a lovely, quieter area. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful stay!

한국인 후기가 많이없어 걱정많이했는데 로마 4일동안 정말 편하게 잘 쉬었습니다! 일단 방이 깨끗한편이고 화장실도 넓어요! 1층에 위치해 치안걱정을 많이했는데 문제없이 잘 있다갔어요! 그리고 무엇보다 호스트가 정말정말 친절합니다 숙소근처 맛집,슈퍼등 필요한 내용을 정리해서 pdf로 전달해주고 숙소에도 노트에 정리되어있어요 제가 인터넷에서 찾아본 맛집보다 호스트가 추천한 집들이 훨씬 맛있었어요 그리고 숙소근처에 맛집 진짜 넘쳐납니다 ㅠㅠ 호스트가 추천한 마트도 진짜 저렴해서 기념품도 많이샀어요!!!!! 로마 있는동안 숙소 위치도 좋아서 명소들은 전부 다 걸어다녔어요 ! 진짜 추천추천 왕추천입니다 그리고 호스트님 너무감사했어요 덕분에 로마에서 아주 좋은 추억 쌓고가요❣️❣️❣️

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Cristiano’s place. We had the whole apartment to ourselves. The place was very clean and comfortable; the blackout blinds were a huge hit! Our family appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in each of the 5 bedrooms. The air conditioning was working well. The apartment is located in Prati, which is in walking distance of Vatican City and Central Rome, and there is a Metro station (Lepanto) nearby. We found Cristiano to be a great host, and he gave us many tips on how we could enjoy Rome. He also helped us arrange an airport transfer on our arrival, and another transfer to the cruise port on our departure from Rome. Overall, a great place to stay!

I enjoyed staying at Toni’s place very much. Everywhere was walkable. It was very close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and a 15 minutes walk to the strip for shopping and more restaurants. I was looking for a balance between relaxation and some adventure and this was a great spot for it. The station to go to Rome was like an 11 mins walk which is not bad at all. Toni was very responsive and helpful, even gave me a charger for my phone when I forgot my adapter. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay in Rome! The location near the Spanish Steps couldn’t have been better—easy to walk to all the major sights, with lots of great cafes and restaurants around. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Fabio was a great host. I let him know that it was our 25th anniversary and he gave me multiple recommendations of restaurants to go to for a nice anniversary dinner. He even left a little gift for us. If I ever find myself back in Rome, I'd definitely stay there again.

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

I absolutely loved our stay at Francesca’s place. She was very kind, met us at the apartment and supplied us with snacks after our long travel day. She is very responsive and will help you with anything you need. FABULOUS location!!

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend both the apartment and the host. Our check-in was very flexible, which was a huge help since our flight arrived early in the morning. The host arranged a smooth and convenient transportation option from the airport, and after a quick breakfast at a nearby café, he met us and personally escorted us to the apartment. He went above and beyond by providing local recommendations for restaurants and attractions, which really helped us make the most of our visit. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a few grocery items waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!
