Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Jose’s home was really spacious and the patio was beautiful out back with great views of lush greenery. Places to walk out back. Sleeping was comfortable for the 10 of us that were there. What a great big TV room upstairs and when you open the shutters it was just beautiful. All in all we found the home very nice and relaxing and the location was convenient to San Juan. Some in our group made the trip to the city a couple of times. It rained off and on during our stay, as it often does in the rainforest, but even that looked beautiful under cover of the patio. The community pool is close by, and is nice and large, but I do have to say that it wasn’t that clean on the day we went. Jose was a very responsive and communicative host from time of booking till we left. We had some questions while we were there and he answered almost instantly every time. Thank you Jose for providing a good place for our family to have time together.

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

All in all it was a great experience I would highly recommend although we lost power one day it came back on when it was expected and the loss of not having laundry was also unfortunate but other then that it was exactly how I expected it the views from the master are beautiful the marble floors are a nice touch the ac blasts!! The new tv is beautiful not as mesmerizing as the beach in the backyard!!! Would definitely stay again thank you very much!!

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Staying here was a dream! There's nothing like waking up to sound of the ocean waves and the views were amazing. I literally couldn't wait to wake up every morning. Great location as it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the kioskos. Perfect for a family, especially the two-floor layout which gives you some privacy on the second floor. Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom - great for rinsing off after the beach or just having a place to easily cool off. Host is very clear about AC in only part of the house so just make sure you are aware, but there are plenty of fans for the upstairs area so it was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Had a wonderful stay at Lolys place. She was very responsive to my questions and I felt very safe and at home in her place. The condo was centered right by the pool and the beach which was extremely convenient for myself and my family. I would happily stay at Lolys again!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Walking distance to the water, ground floor, full kitchen, and QUIET. Highly recommend!

This place was definitely beautiful and very unique. There's so much space to lounge in so many places and relax. I loved it and the backyard/pool was amazing, surrounded by the beautiful garden and trees. It felt so private and relaxing.

I booked the air BNB for my daughter’s birthday for her and her friends to enjoy. She had a great time . She felt safe . The location was great and the Owner was proactive and helpful .He did everything correctly! I would recommend to anyone! My daughter did say they couldn’t use water for a couple hrs the last day . Was not the owner fault. He still reimbursed me some of the money. I guess for the inconvenience. . Awesome experience!!!!

Second time staying here in 5 years and it just keeps getting better! Loved the upgraded TV and Roku. Same beautiful views and having access to a private pool can’t be beat. Area feels safe and secure in a gated community. Jayanne is a great host, always responsive and willing to work with your itinerary for your trip. Her pets are so sweet and well-behaved, loved little miss Peaches! Jayanne’s place has become my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico! Thank you!

Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Lovely unit, good location with a great view. Nice pool, good security, and right on the beautiful beach! Unlike many other units we considered, this unit's bedroom was separate from the living room (not a studio) and each unit has its own TV, which is great if someone wants to sleep/rest.

Loved this place for me and the kids. The rooftop is very relaxing. You can definitely catch a sunrise from there. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and use that time to meditate. I really appreciated everything this Airbnb provided for my family while staying the few days we did in Puerto Rico. The hosts were very welcoming even left us a very cute welcome package that my kids loved. Very private and has security 24/7. I would definitely stay at this place again.

I really appreciated all the amenities at the apartment including washer/dryer, pool, etc. as well as small touches like plenty of toiletries and a whole closet full of beach equipment to use. I was also really impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment as a whole. We had a nice stay.
