Kommunikation und Übergabe waren sehr gut. Neuwertiger Zustand der Wohnung, sehr gepflegt, schöne Einrichtung, komplette Ausstattung etc. Würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten; absolute Empfehlung.

Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

Un hôte ultra réactif et très agréable ! Un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé ! Proche des sites d intérêts de la vieille ville ! Très bon accueil ! Merci pour les petites douceurs pour le petit déjeuner ! Je recommande vivement !

What a beautful place, really on top of the hill. The house was tastefully decorated and we felt at home, 2 nice and big sleeping rooms, the kitchen was simple (no dishwasher) but had everything we want. The garden was amazing. Very large, with beautiful views and different places to sit and enjoy nature. The hosts were very friendly. We didn't want to leave after a lovely week and certainly come back!

Caterina was so friendly from the get-go, and gave us really clear instructions for finding the accommodation and checking in. The house itself is beautiful - it's stylish, spacious and clean. The location is great too, within walking distance of both the train station and the sights of Lucca. Caterina provided some excellent restaurant recommendations which didn't disappoint! I would recommend to anyone staying in Lucca and will definitely book if we visit again.

Words can’t describe how beautiful the view is from the apartment! We had a lovely week in San Gimignano with our six month old. So peaceful and everything within walking distance. Communication was great and use of the parking garage was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Posto stupendo, immerso nella campagna toscana, Daniela e Paolo molto disponibili su tutto! Gentilissimi ad ogni nostra richiesta! peccato solo per il tempo che non ci è stato di nostro aiuto ma comunque abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno in tranquillità! da tornarci sicuramente e lo consiglio molto per come siamo stati trattati. The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

A perfect stay in the heart of beautiful San Gusmè. The apartment is charming, clean, and well-equipped. You can walk around and enjoy the stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. Peaceful, authentic, and ideally located to explore Chianti. Highly recommended!

Le logement est impeccable et très spacieux. Nous avons apprécié le grand lit avec une très bonne literie ainsi que la grande salle de bains moderne à deux vasques avec une grande douche. Très bon séjour chez Juri. La maison est à la campagne mais cependant proche de plusieurs commerces à quelques minutes en voiture. Accès gare à 4 kms pour aller à Florence, Pise, Sienne... Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Absolutely wonderful hosts, beautiful apartment and superb location. We loved spending five days at this home away from home. Host recommended to see Abbey of San Michele in San Gimignano which was a magical place. Did a hour tour with resident monk, so worth it, highly recommended! Thank you so much to both of you.

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor, tranquilo, con un paisaje increíble, la casa encantadora y ambientada con estilo de campo. En realidad una casa de campo en la Toscana. y de Tiziana una mujer muy servicial y agradable. Con seguridad volveríamos.

Super Unterkunft! Sehr zentral in der Nähe der Uffizien etc., aber in einem ruhigen Seitengässchen. Manchmal war es nachts trotzdem etwas laut, weil sich irgendwelche Menschen in das Gässchen verirrt haben, aber nur punktuell... Ansonstn ist die Wohnung grosszügig geschnitten und ganz besonders auch der Balkon ist echt toll! Rosella ist sehr nett und hat uns auch nochmals extra mit Restauranttipps geschrieben.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

If you wanna do social ig picture and tell to the world that you are in Florence , there is no other place more characteristic then this one . Wonderful . My girlfriend is still thanking me

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Eo has a gem of a place in the ❣️of Florence. The place was delightful and the garden terrace a bonus with jacuzzi. It was clean, lovely linens - the mattress was not my favorite but after great wine & pasta, pfff… I recommend for business or pleasure!

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
