Loved Casa Hormiga! Cute, quaint, hut was the perfect place to start my time in Costa Rica! So sad I missed out on one night with airline delays. Jose is so friendly and a wonderful host! I opted for a craniosacral massage service and to go see the 500 year old tree up the street. It was a glorious day! He also gave other wonderful recommendations of things to do/see in the area.

Secluded and quiet location. Peaceful getaway and lovely place. Highly recommend.

it was a wonderful part of our Costa Rican trip to stop here for 2 days. the cottage is as described, rustic, one with nature and surrounded by a beautiful setting and animals! Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the tour Alexander gave our family, which allowed us to learn more about a way of life that is respectful of nature and the resources we share.

Beautiful location! the bed was the most comfy one I've slept on. I was sad to leave early no fault of Nathalias. If your looking for a beautiful view and some quiet you'll love it. just make sure you have a 4x4 like mentioned. thanks Nathalia!!
