Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Langs Beach

Morgan was helpful. The house in its heyday would have been a bustling, family home, now filled with 'ghosts of families past'. It is old but big, full kitchen; internal garage very useful. Keys in locks, wouldn't turn but her Mum came & got the door open thankfully. Lounge pictures spooky, not attractive; suggest changing them up to make it more welcoming. I appreciated the filtered H2O & the Mothers kindness of coming over & making the gate dog safe. Yes, 15 min walk to big Manly beach. It is a beautiful beach! It is in the burbs, a house in a street, not on the beach, as you may think when reading the ad, but not far! You will hear neighbours doing their thing as have houses behind, front & next to you; some very close. A/c is the saving grace as the white noise blocks noise out & keeps the temperatures comfy. A bit dusty/musty outside & in garage but inside kept well & clean thanks to Mama bear I am sure! Nice tree filled street. Close to shops/restaurants. The stay suited our need

Fantastic house for our family weekend away! Very clean and bathrooms were both lovely and modern Comfortable beds and linen was clean and well presented. Owen was amazing to deal with. Very responsive and friendly and went the extra mile for us Highly recommend

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

If you have small children this is the perfect place to stay. Andrea could not have provided anything more - everything we could possibly need was thought of. Location is brilliant, close to the beach and about 20-30 mins from everywhere we went. We would 100% come and stay again. One of the most family-friendly places we've been in. Thank you!

Such a great house and in a great location! We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, and close to the beach. It was a perfect place to stay when in the Snells Beach area. Would have loved to stay longer if we could.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. Myself and two friends found Lyndsay and Maurice's place a tranquil, peaceful place to have a break and get away for a catch up. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. They are the perfect hosts and we felt right at home. The three of us found the beds extra comfortable. Hilton and Luna had a great time as well. It was so therapeutic looking out at the beautiful view of the water every day. We would definitely like to stay again. Thanks again Lyndsay and Maurice.

A lovely place! I had been experiencing some stress recently, so this was a great place to come to unwind. I thrashed it out on the nearby Mt Manaia- handy being in the area! Recommended. Plus shops etc not to far away by car. Comfy bed, clean, and just generally awesome. I should have read the place name properly/ used my common sense....couldn't go kayaking because of the tide (was low in the late afternoon and morning)- my fault for not figuring that out!! Just have to come back then 😉 Thanks guys, awesome place.

Great value for money in a good location. We didn't have the best weather so the Scrabble and Netflix came in handy. Lovely big clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen, it was just unfortunate the dishwasher was broken while we were there but it wasn't a biggie. Would recommend as a central location for day-tripping in the region.

Murray’s studio was next level,everything was perfect and the view was amazing. So much space and very well equipped I would highly recommend a stay at Murray and Patsys studio.

Lil's house was perfect for our winter getaway. It was cosy and warm, we loved the winter douvet. The place is bigger than on the photos and there is even a washing machine and dryer what was handy after our hike. Lil was very nice and recommended us places to go and see. Would come back again! :)

Highly recommend staying at Phil and Sheena’s place. Beautiful presented apartment with high quality furnishings very clean. Elevated apartment with gorgeous views of garden and water. Quiet location. Easy walking tracks

Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

I really loved this unit. It felt very comfortable and had everything I needed. I liked the fact that it was old school style like my childhood. Felt relaxed as soon as I walked in and everything was very clean and tidy. The view was great and I was able to walk down the steps right in front of the shared lawn to the beach down below. I was also able to walk to a local restaurant just a short distance away across the road. Very practical. I’d happily stay here again. It’s nice they had some books etc there, but I kept myself so busy walking and taking photos and visiting the area that I didn’t even get to look at my own! My plan had been to read and relax there, but I really enjoyed traveling around discovering the area. I went to Ruakaka beach for a walk, then went over to the Bream Head region and its bays. I had a look around in Whangarei and went to the Hundertwasser art museum. Thanks for a great stay!🌸

That view! Amazing. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the view and go over to Tiritiri Matangi for the day. What an amazing place. Loads of space, everything we needed, and so many windows to enjoy the incredible view. Couldn't fault it. Mark was amazing. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

Linda is a very responsive and helpful host and the place is very comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of little extras made us feel right at home.

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay
