Beautiful place and great for a Winter weekend away. The wood burner made it very cosy! It has all the amenities you could need and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Wonderful host and will definitely be back again ☺️

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

If you want somewhere that has beautiful surroundings, is totally peaceful, two and a half acres of lovely gardens and a river running by, then this is the place for you. Kathy and Alan (the hosts) are both lovely and will do everything they can to make your break as enjoyable as possible The cottage has everything you could want and more besides, lovely views, and all the equipment you need and comfortable furniture. We will definitely be returning again. Susan & Norman.

The place inside and out was amazing, so quirky with beautiful. had everything we needed. The view from the balcony terrace was stunning ideal for relaxing in the sunshine. the garden was a magical as the blossom on the trees were out. The sauna and outside bath is a nice touch. Our dog loved the walks along the canal. I highly recommend a relaxing stay here!
