Monthly Rentals in Lanakila

You can't get any closer to the beach! Having grown up here in this town 4 lanes over, it was like stepping back in time & I enjoyed every moment! I stayed 7 days, did little cooking but the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. Having the onsite laundry room was a huge plus being that we stayed in the guest house. The neighbors are all very friendly, just go slow like the signs say when driving down that lane or any lane in the country "drive like your children live there". I will be highly recommending this place to friends & family. Also will be back for sure!

Mikes place was great! The space was very clean, very well thought out, and traveler friendly! Located in a small rural neighborhood so you get a true experience of North Shore Hawaii. The landscape on his property was also very well thought out, well kept, and enjoyable. Location is convenient to many places on the North Shore and a beautiful drive to the South side of the island. Mike was very responsive prior to arrival, during our stay, and on one issue we had while there. The issue was out of his control but he resolved it as quickly as he could. Compared to our stay at Turtle Bay Resort last year, at the same time, this would be my first choice. The value here is much better than the resort. 100% recommend and hope to visit again! The appliances, beds, bathrooms, furniture, dishes, showers, fans etc were all very good quality. This makes a big difference in a week long stay. Mike didnt go the cheap route for this place!

CJ's place is great !! We stayed for a month and loved it !! The beach across the road was the highlight :)) It was not busy, had great views and we could do some snorkeling right there. We also loved having all the amenities the home offered; washer & dryer, ice maker, AC, tons of beach stuff including a wagon and zero gravity chairs, coolers, lots of towels and a fully stocked kitchen which saved us lots of money on take out. (hint: shop at Costco, it's the cheapest) The bed and pillows are very comfortable with a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room. There was some traffic noise but that is a given for anywhere on this side of the island as there is only one main road. The house is very nicely decorated and was in a great location to visit all parts of the island, a beautiful drive each day to see all the sights. CJ was a great host. He was very quick to respond to any questions and super flexible with our travel plans. We would definitely stay again. Thank you CJ :))
