Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. There is a sweet lil den and 2 bistro decks to enjoy morning coffee and a glass of vino at night. The king sized bed is nearly tucked into the trees, so you’ll get the best nights of rest! Bright, private basement suite in the Kingfield neighborhood. No cleaning or pet fees. Shared home, I live above the separate rental space along with my cats and teen sons. Located near Lake Harriet and walking/ biking trails; within blocks of great restaurants and shops. Near I35W and bus transit for access to downtown and MOA/ Airport. Suite has a single bed, full-size futon, smart TV, board games, record player, sauna, laundry. Pet friendly w/ pet supplies. Friendly backyard chickens.

The apartment was well-located for me: walkable to downtown but quiet and residential. I wasn't sure if it was safe after dark but walked anyway and there were no problems. Mariana was kind and pleasant, even gave me thermoses of excellent coffee in the morning! I was able to park for the entire visit on the street in front of her place -- no restrictions on her side of the street. The room was very nice--cozy and homey and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There's no AC but the nights were cool when I was there so no problem--my room had 2 windows so there was plenty of fresh air. Overall, I enjoyed staying there.

We weren’t there long, but enjoyed a comfortable stay at Jean and Craig’s house. The home is full of interesting furniture and is kept spotless. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed playing tennis at the courts one block away!

A super quaint place for our few days in Minneapolis that had everything we needed. Amazing location next to beautiful lakes and accessible bike trails so you can go just about anywhere in the city without needing a car. Would recommend!

Zhauna’s place was wonderful. Very clean, spacious and quiet. She was very responsive to any messages and had great amenities and complimentary snacks and coffee. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Minneapolis area!
