This house was perfect for our girls weekend! We were close to many great hiking trails as well as easily accessible to central Sedona with lots of restaurant options. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, coffee available on arrival and great instructions for all the amenities (e.g. fireplace and outdoor fire pit). Very responsive and helpful host, clean and comfortable home and beautiful surroundings!! Would happily return.

A very clean and comfortable place, fully equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The beds are comfortable with white hotel-style sheets, and the same goes for the towels. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-stocked. What I liked the most is that they provide bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

After a full day of hiking West Fork Oak Creek Trail in Sedona (about 6.6 miles round trip), my family and I decided to book a last-minute stay and we are so glad we found this place! Everything about the home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Joanne made the whole process so easy. She confirmed our stay quickly and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made checking in a breeze. After a long day outdoors, it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay near Sedona!

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

This home was perfect for our family get away. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Spa was so very nice. No issues getting inside or communicating with host. I highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Sedona.

Lily’s home was perfect for our overnight stay. Roomy, comfortable, quiet location. The outdoor space is wonderful with a beautiful view. Just down the street is a breathtaking view of the red rocks. Lily was super communicative. Sedona is one jaw dropping sight after another.

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

We stayed here for spring break with our son, who got to see Sedona for the first time. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and well equipped. Our son LOVED the video games. And, of course, the view off the back deck is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and private, and is in easy reach of some great stores, restaurants, and local attractions. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Sedona now, and look forward to coming back.

Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice and quiet. It was great to walk to nearby restaurants. Lots of hiking nearby too. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in Sedona at Russel’s place. Location was great, right off main road and close to uptown. Grocery and restaurants all very close by. Was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Appreciated laundry access during vacation. Condo is close to pool and hot tub. Russell provided a guide book with helpful suggestions of local hikes. He was very quick and responsive to any questions. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

I have chosen this property two years in a row because it has proven to meet my needs.

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

The bnb was everything the listing looked and said it was. Lots of great amenities and an overall cozy and relaxing place to be in. I highly recommend when visiting North Arizona.

We came for spring break with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total, ranging from 2 years old to 8 years old. The place was perfect for our group. The kids spent most of their day outside playing near the creek, catching lizards, building sand castles, and enjoying the hot tub. We BBQed almost every night. The house isn't really walkable to easy shopping or dining, but we weren't there for that. We drove to different hiking spots (Grasshopper and West Fork were great for our group - leave the house by 9am or after 2:30pm otherwise traffic is terrible). Walmart delivered to the house and there are three other grocery stores within 15 mins. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this place and hope we get to go back! Thank you for the memories.

We arrived at Debbie Jo and Randy's place very tired, and left refreshed after two nights. The space is well organized and has everything needed to cook, sit outside, or just rest. The neighborhood is both quiet and walkable, which our dogs appreciated. Debbie Jo and Randy were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!
