Full use of dock, pedal boat, floats, chairs. Tie your boat to the side of the dock. Very short walk to the dock, wagon available to pull things down the path. A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

Beautiful main floor for rent with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors situated on Hartwell lake. Come join the lake life with lake access and views . Home has plenty of outside enjoyment with double decks overlooking the lake and gas grill for cook outs. If you don't want to cook it's just a short drive to a local restaurant and pub. Also enjoy a few practice rounds on a small golf course located in the neighborhood. Clemson and shopping aren't far.

Lower Half of Lake House

No Cleaning Fee. We are located on Lake Hartwell. Our goal is to keep our prices down so that families and those on a budget can enjoy relaxing on the lake for a good price. We do have a dock and we can help you locate boat rentals if you are interested. We offer kayaks and paddleboards free of charge. 20 minutes from Clemson and 7 from Green Pond Landing. Great for fishermen and students also! Come relax at the bonfire pit and grill up a great dinner!

Haven on the Lake-Entire downstairs, near Clemson

Beautiful setting on Lake Hartwell. Guests will have the entire downstairs which includes 2 bedrooms, bar area and entertainment area. Guests may bring their boat and dock it. There is plenty of room for trailer parking on premise and the boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile from house. Stay includes 2 hand thrown coffee mugs made by Purple Unicorn Pottery. Please note upstairs is private residence, hosts live there.

Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

NEW IN 2021: New carpet, paint and mattress! Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
