Lower Half of Lake House

No Cleaning Fee. We are located on Lake Hartwell. Our goal is to keep our prices down so that families and those on a budget can enjoy relaxing on the lake for a good price. We do have a dock and we can help you locate boat rentals if you are interested. We offer kayaks and paddleboards free of charge. 20 minutes from Clemson and 7 from Green Pond Landing. Great for fishermen and students also! Come relax at the bonfire pit and grill up a great dinner!

Sweet Serenity - Rest Relax Enjoy

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door. Play cornhole (bags), putt on the putting green and enjoy the incredible firepit. We have 2 kayaks and floats by the water. We're 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We live in a residential area and expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party.

Quiet house on Lake Hartwell. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful finishes. Great place to stay for Clemson football, time with family or personal retreat. Courtesy use of the dock for swimming or boat. Close to Green Pond Landing and Portman Marina. Great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and outdoor activities. 15 min from Clemson University, 20 min to downtown Anderson, just 10 min from 1-85.
