Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy your private apartment in our North Bay home. Juliet balconies grace both the sitting room and the bedroom. The sitting room boasts two recliner chairs and a tv. Hidden in an armoire, kitchen amenities provide convenience. The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

The 420 sq. ft. space includes kitchen area, living room area, bedroom area and bathroom with door. Ground level with one step up to front door. Home owners association restrictions include: Age 25 to rent and no pets. The space is well suited for couples, small families and solo travelers.
