By far one of the best AirB&B stays. Heather greeted us right away with her beautiful smile and welcoming energy. This is a hidden gem in Berkeley. Fruit trees. Great books. Off-street parking. Artistic touches everywhere. Eclectic coffee mug selection. The details of the property give it such personal charm that you’ll want to stay longer and absorb the positive vibes. Heather and Steve went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house. Well decorated. Had a pool table, a little basketball game inside, and a hot tub. Good location next to lots of grocery stores. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here while visiting for an engagement party, they’re place is so clean and homely, beautiful view, they have helpful notes everywhere so most questions we had were answered by the notes which was very convenient for us because we didn’t have to message them about anything however when we did need to message them for any reason we got quick responses. They were very nice and helpful, loved staying here. I will definitely be booking again !

One of the cleanest airbnbs we stayed at. Amazing decor and close to downtown Walnut. Extremely helpful host. The TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working and he came within an hour to fix it. He was so helpful!

This is our second stay at Lary's place, and there are many reasons we came back, and will return again. The location is amazing with stunning sunsets and even pretty sunrises (which we made a point to get up for) If you like whimsical, do NOT miss the fairy house walk on Washington, near Pt. Richmond, just a few blocks away. We also took the Richmond ferry into San Franciso for $18.80 RT for 2 people. Just take a long walk along the bay and pick from a wide variety a restaurants but don't forget to get back to your lovely room for the amazing sunset! Lary usually provides a bottle of Tempernillo (one of my favorite varietals) to drink. We brought our own, but took it home with us to drink at a later date.

Janet thought of everything. Slept so well, heater was amazing, comfortable, cozy space.

Alex’s beautiful studio had everything we needed for our short weekend trip. It is peaceful neighborhood and very clean house. We had no problem to get an Uber and if weather desired, you can easily walk to town as well. We appreciate Alex for a great stay. Will definetely be back!

Highly recommend Bree’s. Her home is beautiful, peaceful, perfectly clean and has everything you could need. This is the kind of Airbnb where the host has thought of everything and makes it so easy for you to relax — from some small treats in the kitchen, to slippers and robes, umbrellas, guide books, you name it. The house has a lot of character but has been beautifully renovated and maintained. I also loved the view of Sutro tower as the sun came up while we drank coffee each morning.

Excellent location right by Lake Merritt and this condo was perfect for our stay in Oakland. Kirk's place was spotless, directions and check-in easy, and we especially appreciated the parking space. Location was great for walking and central for navigating the area. We definitely hope to stay here again as we come to the Bay Area quite frequently.

Gillian’s place was just perfect for us! She was really helpful and engaged. We got there early and were able to check in when we arrived to a sparkling clean comfy place. The place was surprisingly quiet even though being on a somewhat busy street. Super convenient to all the restaurants and shops. Parking was great too since we had 2 cars and never had to park the second car farther than just across the 1 way lane. We enjoyed all the amenities in the home and were able to make ourselves very much at home. Great neighborhood and especially nice neighbors! We would definitely stay at Gillian’s place again!

Such lovely spot, close to everything in San Francisco but feels completely away from the city noise and bustle.

We loved this residence. From beginning to end, Simon was super responsive to my questions via the app. He also meets you when you get there to give you keys and explain all the lighting and electronics. Our flight was seriously delayed and that didn't seem to bother him one bit. He was there waiting for us and did a great job explaining everything to us. The space is very upscale, very private and quiet, including a beautiful, private outdoor patio. It could not have been cleaner. The location is superb, walkable to many restaurants and stores, and a short uber or waymo ride to virtually any place in San Francisco. We would definitely go back there!

Lovely and comfortable. Beautiful tree lined street. We were incredibly comfortable and Kimberly was great to deal with. We will be back in Alameda next year and will definitely check to see if it’s available during our dates.

David has a lovely place that quickly felt like home, it was cozy, well equipped with anything you’d need, and you can’t beat the views! The location was great, very walkable to restaurants and shops. Having a garage spot was also a huge bonus if you have a car! David was super helpful, offering suggestions of places to go in the area and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!
