Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

My cottage in Pélasque ***

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90 departing Grand Arénas), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of Mercantour National Park, with many outdoor activities and nearby attractions. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village, a 5-minute drive, I can reserve a table for you.
