Vacation rentals with a fireplace in La Spezia

Die Woche bei Severino und Enrica war sehr erholsame für uns. Das Haus ist abgelegen und von Wald umgeben. Die Atmosphäre muss man erleben, es ist einfach einzigartig. Wir waren einfach nur glücklich Zeit im Haus und draußen im riesigen Garten zu verbringen. Es ist mit so viel Liebe gemacht und selbst von Severino erbaut und das merkt man durchweg. Man benötigt jedoch unbedingt ein Auto. Sonst zögert nicht es zu buchen. Es lohnt sich. Severino und Enrica sind herzensgute Menschen und wir sind sehr dankbar sie kennengelernt zu haben. Die beiden haben uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit Und Authentizität verzaubert. Grazie di tutti Amici! maik+regina

Excellent séjour passé dans la magnifique propriété de Caterina……je recommande vivement ! Caterina est une hôte très sympathique et courtoise qui a le sens de l’accueil et qui est aux petits soins. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle mais le vrai plus est la vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lasse vraiment pas !

Un vrai petit paradis. Un accueil chaleureux par Manuela. Je recommande vivement !!! Nous venons de partir et rêvons d’y retourner!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

We have enjoyed the stay in the house! Het ligt op een mooie plek. Is compleet met een heerlijk bed. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal! Op wandelafstand is een leuk en authentiek restaurant. Luca, La Spezia maar ook de lokale plaatjes in de buurt zijn leuk om te bezoeken. De gastvrouw spreekt meerdere talen, staat altijd voor je klaar en heeft leuke tips over de omgeving.

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux chez Maria Grazia ! Le logement est magnifique et la vue éblouissante. C'est très paisible et on y dort très bien. Maria Grazia est très à l'écoute et réactive. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le jardin est agréable pour tout le monde, y compris notre chien. Le four à pizza extérieur nous a beaucoup plu ! La situation est à la fois calme et proche de Lerici à pieds. Lerici et les villages environnants n'ont rien à envier aux cinque terres car ils sont magnifiques et loin de la foule ;) Nous recommandons totalement ce logement.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Two extra plusses that stood out were the stunning rooftop balcony and very efficient aircon in every room. But be prepared if you are less fit the stair in Corniglia are a challenge! The apartment has everything you could want - old Italian charm

Delizioso appartamento di campagna in ottima posizione per gite nella Lunigiana e nella costa (Portovenere, Lerici). Gradevolissimo il giardino con vista panoramica sulla Lunigiana ed ampia facilità di parcheggio gratuito. Un grazie di cuore a Lucia, gentilissima ed efficiente!

un arrivée très facile dans un petit coin de paradis. Une vue à couper le souffle. il est possible de tout faire à pied et surtout de facilement prendre le train pour les cinq terres. Petite ville beaucoup moins encombré que les 5 terres et juste à côté. idéal pour un séjour en famille. Merci pour l'accueil et la tranquillité de l'endroit.

Nilla’s home is in beautiful surroundings and comes fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The children were particularly fond of the private pool. Nilla and Manfredo are gracious hosts, always on hand to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We especially valued Nilla's suggestions on activities in the area. They were incredibly thoughtful, providing us with lemons from their garden and local wine during a warm day.

Je crois que c’est le meilleur logement Airbnb que j ai fait de toute ma vie ! Tellement agréable de rentrer dans ce logement propre , bien rangé, avec une vue somptueuse du balcon sur la nature ! Les merveilleuses attentions dans le logement ! La literie au top! La douche incroyable, eau chaude parfaite avec décoration en pierre ! Je recommande ce logement à tous pour visiter les 5 terres ! À 20 minutes de la spezia :-) Monica et Luca des hôtes exceptionnels gentils souriants !! À bientôt j espère !! Allez y les yeux fermés !!

le logement est vraiment splendide et rien ne manque. Idéal après des journées de rando ou la foule ne manque pas. Être toutefois un(e) conducteur (trice) qui maîtrise la conduite en montagne. Très belle expérience .

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’appartamento di Paola. Siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo apprezzato il modo di fare di Paola che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. La pulizia dell’abitazione era impeccabile. La vista mare è un punto di forza. Avevamo a disposizione un giardino con tavolini e sedie per rilassarsi. Possiamo dire che in futuro prenderemo in considerazione di tornarci perché è raro trovare una location così bella e un trattamento impeccabile. Grazie ancora a Paola per aver reso questo soggiorno meraviglioso.

We had the best time at Irma's place! It was an ideal spot for us - just a tad up the hill from the main shops, but close enough to easily walk to Coop's or a restaurant. The shuttle bus to Volestra is right outside to make it to hiking as well. The apartment was roomy and it was so relaxing to sit on the balcony or at the window and enjoy the beautiful views. The wine from Irma's family vineyard was the perfect addition to our evenings! We will definitely look to stay here again whenever we can make it back to Cinque Terre!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, optimal für ein Paar oder Familie mit einem Baby. Ruhig gelegen- man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto! Sehr gute Pizzeria und ein gutes Fischrestaurant sind aber fussläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten mit dem Auto viele Ausflugsziele in der insgesamt schönen Umgebung von La Spezia! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und herzliche Leute und wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück.

Fabulous stop after visiting Cinque Terra. Well stocked and extra clean. Beautiful, classic home that extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Andrea was such a wonderful and helpful host! Had some struggles with finding a ride to the place and Andrea called people for us while being out of town! So helpful with his communication and his kindness. Definitely need to keep in mind it is a 10 min. drive from the closest town so if you don’t have a car or great Italian transportation can be tricky. We used the bus system but very particular about the timing and last rides are around 4:30pm so just plan around that! Other than that place is exactly as described, amazing views, and helpful host. Definitely recommend if you want a cozy get away and some alone time with the mountains!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus in La Spezia! Der Kontakt mit Simone war von Anfang an herzlich und unkompliziert – er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch während unseres Aufenthalts bei allen Anliegen schnell und hilfsbereit unterstützt. Das Haus selbst ist einfach wunderschön, mit liebevoll gestalteten Details, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die atemberaubende Aussicht über die Stadt – ein absoluter Höhepunkt, den man jeden Tag aufs Neue geniesen kann. Obwohl das Haus nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt, ist die Stadt schnell und bequem erreichbar – die Lage ist also perfekt für alle, die Ruhe suchen und trotzdem stadtnah wohnen möchten. Der Pool ist ein Highlight: beheizbar und ideal zum Entspannen. Mit mehreren Badezimmern und viel Platz bietet das Haus auch grösseren Gruppen oder Familien reichlich Komfort. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke!

super liebe gastgeberin und immer gut erreichbar, sehr saubere wohnung, der ausblick ist wunderschön - gibt nichts zu meckern, bucht euch die unterkunft wenn ihr la spezia oder cinque terre besuchen wollt!

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!

Situé dans un petit village pittoresque, à proximité de l'église, le logement de Graziella et Alberto est très agréable. Il offre grâce à ses terrasses une multitude de vues sur les visages perchés alentours et sur la mer. A quelques kilomètres de Levanto, il permet d'effectuer de magnifiques balades dans les Cinque Terre et de trouver le soir venu un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Je recommande ce logement.
