Nicola met us right on schedule and was very helpful. He provided a map of Venice with some personal recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was clean and in a quiet part of Venice. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book it again!

If Diana Vreeland lived in Venice… Super classy apartment in a dreamy quiet courtyard. Giovanna met us at the vaperato stop and guided us to her sweet flat. Along the way she pointed out how to easily get around and talked about how things worked in her lovely home. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Great place to stay. It does have 3 flights up, so be aware if you are carrying heavy luggage, but we made it. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to stay.

We had a short but very sweet stay in Paolo’s space in Venice! You truly can’t beat the location, being right on a canal and walkable to so much shopping and many restaurants. The space was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Paolo also proactively provided incredibly detailed and clear instructions on how to get to the space, as well as many local recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Ideal place to spend a few days in Venice. Once you find the apartment, it's easy to get there. Quiet neighborhood, away from crowds but close to St. Mark's Square. The accommodation is large, clean and kitchen well equipped. When the outdoor work is completed, it will be nice to have an aperitif on the terrace. Thank you Valeria for responding to our requests.

Great stay great host very responsive and accurate description

Andrea and her husband are very welcoming. The place was spotlessly clean. Since we were traveling with a 6-month-old son, Andrea also prepared a crib and a high chair without us asking for it. All the recommendations from the heart.

We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

It was a great stay in Venice! The apartment is very well located and close to everything. Only 10 mins from the train station as well. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

We did not meet Flavio or Moira but the communication with them was simple and responsive. We were welcomed by Susanna, who works nearby and is adorable. The accommodation was very good and fully as advertised. The neighborhood is both quiet, not too touristy, and at the same time lively, with all the services nearby, and very central in Venice. We highly recommend it!!

Pierantonio's apartment was one of our favorite airbnb stays of all time. The view of the canal is beautiful, the apartment is away from the tourist area which creates a local/peaceful feel. There are great local restaurants, shops and other activities very close (such as Rialto Market, the public water transport). The check-in process was as easy as it gets, and communication was fast and friendly. It just doesn't get any better...we highly recommend!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️
