I had a warm welcome, just like this cozy home, splendid from floor to ceiling and tastefully decorated! The place is quiet with views of the gardens. Easy access for your shopping nearby. This is everything I was looking for to stay during my travels. I would highly recommend it.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Very nice house with a nice garden behind and a terrace in the front. The area is superb (hikes, swimming) and the welcome charming. Convenient access, nearby amenities. I would highly recommend this rental.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

Karine's house is large, with land and terrace, well equipped, with lovely views. Karine makes room for her hosts and is very available and responsive for communication. the rooms are very large. the house cat comes by to make cuckoo and seems adaptable to guest guests;-). you can park in the courtyard directly, which is convenient. we left for a walk directly from the house.

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

Good location, even if the place is not young, it is spacious and clean. Shuttle to Les Corbier as well as to go around the resort completely free of charge. Good performance

Roberta is a very friendly host, good advice, responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is well arranged, very clean and well-equipped. The veranda and garden are really nice and direct access to the lake is a very positive point. At Roberta's you will feel at home, I recommend it 200%.

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Evelyne greeted us warmly when we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The cherry on the top was the whole apartment is kitted out for babies and young children, which was so wonderful for our little granddaughter. The views are stunning, and just a short drive down to Aix-les-Bains and youre at the beautiful lake. We had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Evelyn.

We had a great time at Claire's place. The studio is nice and well-equipped, it has everything you need. The location is great. We were able to come with our dog who was able to enjoy the well-maintained garden. We were able to borrow a bike which was a real plus, given the location next to the bike paths. We would recommend a stay at Claire's without hesitation.

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

apparently charming, clean, functional where nothing is lacking and where everything has been thought out for our comfort. nice little terrace. Julien and Fanny are very warm hosts. shopping and leisure center and restaurants 20 min walk or 10 min by tram. quiet neighborhood and well connected by public transport.

Adeline's home is beautiful. It is in a great location, close to shops and the lake. Adeline was very welcoming and friendly and we can't wait to return!

Wonderful apartment, nothing to say, atmosphere, decoration, everything is there for a wonderful time. Close to all amenities, we just had to put down our bags and enjoy. Very responsive host. I recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

Pleasant stay, the apartment is spacious, clean and as described. The residence is quiet, parking is easy and the shops (restaurant, pharmacy, grocery store, etc.) are a 5/10-minute walk away and are satisfactory.

Very satisfied with Amandine and Franck's apartment. Great location at the foot of the slopes. The elevator makes it easy to access the 4th floor. Apartment with well-equipped, bright and spacious balcony for a family of 4. We recommend and enjoyed our stay (weekend) Thank you!! Marlie & Fabrice
