The field with cows and deer offers a real plus for kids and even adults. We'll be happy to come back to this perfect cottage for 2 families with 5 children.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful country house, perfectly suited for a group of 10 people. The setting is idyllic, surrounded by nature. The house is spacious, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The rooms are comfortable, the common areas warm, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare good group meals. Special mention for the outdoors: a large garden with a large lake, ideal for relaxing, and a terrace perfect for alfresco dining. Hosts are very welcoming, responsive, and concerned about the well-being of their guests. We recommend this house without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

Great house in a great location – highly recommended! A really nice, modern house in the middle of Épernay – stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was our absolute highlight – perfect for coming down after a day in the Champagne. The location is great: quiet, but still you are super fast in the middle of the city. Everything is thought out, clean and easy to feel good. The hosts were super nice and straightforward – just as you would want. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful spacious home for 3 couples. Each room offers its privacy. Terrace with nice view. Stove and wood available for cool evenings. Quiet. Easy check-in and checkout. Good communication with the owner. 40 min from Reims. A stone's throw from Epernay. Space for 3 vehicles, bicycles. Recommended!

15 people stayed for 14 nights and had a really comfortable and enjoyable time. The kids played table tennis, went to the jacuzzi, and worked out on the treadmill, and the adults enjoyed the sun and played. Everything was perfect. Above all, Annabelle was really kind and I was touched by her willingness to help us in any way she could. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that in the afternoon, the sun shone directly into the living room, making it very hot. It would have been better if there were curtains or an awning.

We had a fantastic stay at Olivier's cottage. Wonderful tranquility and beautiful surroundings. The cottage was top: nice and large, nice sofas and a huge garden. Only the beds were a bit hard for us and the pillows a little soft (but that's personal), but for the rest everything was great. Communication with Olivier also went very well. Thank you Olivier, we would love to come back!
