Monthly Rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

The host welcomed us personally and drove us to the apartment which made check in very easy. The location was perfect for us — not in the middle of Nice but a walkable distance from everything! Beach and shops are a 10 minute walk. The tram was also 7 minutes from the place, which made travel from the airport easy. Vieux Nice was about 1.5 miles away, but if you don’t mind walking the Promenade or taking the tram, this place could be a great fit.

Staying at François’ flat was an absolute pleasure. From the start, booking was smooth and effortless. François was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. The flat itself is truly authentic, full of charm and character, and the location is simply spectacular—perfect for exploring the area and soaking in the local atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Lianna’s place is even more beautiful than the pictures. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were comfortable and are truly king size beds! The apartment has so much charm…if I could have given her a 10 I would have. The view of the ocean is so beautiful, and we loved walking the boardwalk and to many local restaurants. It was an easy train ride to Monaco, and very close to the airport. Thank you for being such a gracious and kind hostess!

The Fabron apartment is a high standard apartment, squeaky clean, spacious and sooo comfy. Irina is a wonderful host and went out of her way to meet us even though we were delayed checking in. We cannot say e enough about the neighboring building/garden views next to the apartment. We enjoyed taking walks and learning the history of the Archives building and gardens (free tours are available). While the apartment is a bit uphill, it is convenient to the beach, shops, the amazing FLOR patisserie and tram stop. We highly recommend Irina’s apartment and would stay there again.
