Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Madeleine, Nice

Thank you Stephane for your hospitality and flexibility! We arrived pretty late (after 10 pm) and it was not a problem. He was also very relaxed about us leaving the luggage until afternoon after the checkout. Very pleasant stay, we had everything we needed. The house was big enough for 3 adults and a baby. Two toilets - in the bathroom and WC - is a plus. We had all baby essentials provided - high chair, cot, baby bath, there is also (a bit old) baby swing in the garden. The only drawback is that the area in direct vicinity is not that walkable - the road leading to Biot center has very tight/no pavements for pedestrians.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like we were staying with friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from the photos and even prettier) and it is very well-equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Stunning place, we loved every bit of our stay. Dominique couldn’t have been better, he was so accommodating and welcoming. The house itself was perfectly charming and even better than the photos which don’t do it justice. We will absolutely be visiting again! Thank you to Dominique for your hospitality.

We stayed at Paul's house for three nights. It was the best accommodation during our entire trip in France. In fact, it was exactly as shown in the photos, Even better than the photos,which was a great surprise. The house was very quiet, private, comfortable and clean. It was evident that they had put a lot of love and effort into this property. Paul and his wife were very kind, and their responses were prompt and warm. We had a wonderful time during our stay here and hope to have the chance to meet again in the future. Best wishes.

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. First of all, I want to highlight the hosts — they are absolutely wonderful people! So kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Thank you for always being available and helpful throughout our stay :) The villa itself is amazing and truly worth the price. It’s in a perfect location, very comfortable, and has everything you need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again!

Our stay at Pascal's was very nice. Functional place with a great view. We really enjoyed his place. The bed was very comfortable. And Pascal was very nice and helpful.If you're tall yo must be careful as the doorways are low and the toilet room is a little tight. The view and outside balcony is definitely worth the hike up the stairs. Overall we really liked it. The place is in a nice quiet location but close by to many restaurants , markets and shops.

We had a great stay in Fabio’s apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. The balcony had incredibly views, perfect for pictures and great to eat breakfast/lunch with a view. The apartment felt very secure and private. Both beds were comfy and the lounge and kitchen area were very cosy. Plenty of beach towels, towels and bedding provided. Pool was not heated but still nice to use the sun loungers to sit out. Fabio and Laure were very responsive and always got back to us very quickly. They very generously allowed us a late check in and check out which was very helpful! They had clear instructions and pictures on how to check in which made the process very easy. Excellent location! Located 10 mins walk from beach which was perfect. Also 10 mins walk from Juan Les Pins station which goes to Nice/Monaco/Cannes. Very handy for exploring. Short 10 mins drive or 30 mins walk to Old town Antibes for dinner, shopping or walking around old town. Would recommend!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

We spent a lovely few days in Andreea’s air bnb! The video instructions made it so easy to find and access ourselves. The apartment was spotless, so clean with everything you could possibly need for a 3 day stay! The location was perfect, a stones throw from the beach and literally right opposite a tram stop with cheap and easy access around the city, underneath the apartment was lots of shops, cafes and bakeries. The little touches in the apartment really made it feel like home, such as the chocolate bar and bottle of water left on arrival and the washing machine pod in case we needed to do a quick wash. The balcony was a lovely space to have a coffee and croissant in the morning too! Would highly recommend this air bnb.

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Excellent 3-month stay in the accommodation. Everything matches the photos and description. Very nice accommodation with a terrace overlooking the park. Great location close to both Antibes and Juan-les-pins. Close to shops, restaurants, public transport, beaches and walks. The place includes everything you need. Azelma is a very friendly and very responsive host in case of a request for information. I highly recommend this location

Beautiful apartment in a secure complex. A beautiful sandy beach is a 5-minute walk. Two bus lines with frequent stops at street corners. Large terrace, a sunny and shaded part. The supermarket is in the complex, it has two good bakeries a 5-minute walk away. Antibes is centrally located on the Côte d 'Azur, there are beautiful attractions on both sides.

Gorgeous accommodations!!! Pristine floors and amenities, glorious view and ease to all locations as we caught the train to Monte Carlo! Met the neighbors and had a lovely time enjoying the views and surroundings. Will come again!

Jean-Yves is a very warm and friendly owner who responds very quickly. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Lots of light, plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking equipment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean. Made up beds and towels were provided. Secure parking in front of the car. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, but at the same time offers peace and quiet. We greatly enjoyed our vacation and would like to thank Jean-Yves for the warm welcome and its availability. We will definitely come back!

Samantha's apartment was a dream with direct views of Monaco. The apartment is just recommendable. Samantha responded quickly to questions and was always very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to visit this apartment again.
