Great place to stay, near all the action but on a quieter area of the beach. Clean place, nice and friendly staff, easy access to pool and beach loungers, and walkable to everything the Zona Romantica has to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!

A great location for walking to either of the El Anclote surf breaks. The rooftop space in the building was my favorite part of the unit—it has a great view, nice breeze, and is perfect for reading.

Everything was excellent, the apartment near the pool is very nice, it has everything you need, I would only add some streaming platforms to the TV since there is no access if you don't use your accounts. I would highly recommend it

The place is beautiful and in a very convenient and walkable location to Old Town. Check in was smooth and Jorge and Josue even let us check in early which was very generous. Josue was present to show us around and answer any questions. Great hosts and i would highly recommend them. They were very communicative and easy to get ahold of

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

It truly looks like the pictures. The view is unbeatable and the private plunge pool is a bonus. Be prepared to shut the blinds during the day, as it gets VERY hot with all of the windows. 10/10 recommend !!

Villas del Rio is a lovely place to stay. It is as beautiful as the photos, and comfortable as well. Located toward the west end of town, it has easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops, but is just at the edge of Centro, so the traffic and noise are somewhat less than a few blocks away. Still, Sayulita is a party town, so expect to hear music late into the night, and it’s best not to bring a car. Our host Ruben and the property manager Will warned us that street parking would be dicey, and when we found a spot around the corner, we didn’t move the car for five days. We certainly did not need it. Walking is the best mode of transportation. Stepping inside the gate feels like escaping into a tropical paradise. After the joyous chaos of the crowded streets, it is a welcome, peaceful retreat. Ruben and Will provided excellent information before we arrived and were always accessible, but we didn’t have any problems. Book a stay here if you can find open dates.

Rooftop pool was wonderful with a great view. Apartment was clean and everything was provided for our stay. The kitchen was fully usable. Everything you needed was there. Bed was amazing. Very comfortable. His location is perfect! Close to Oxxo, Restaurants, the beach. Everything you need for the beach is available in the unit (towels, chairs, umbrella etc.). I highly recommend booking here. Overall experience was A+

Super professional and prompt host! European/Canadian/US standards of apartment and amenities. I especially liked the filtered water option. Super convenient location near everything yet quiet. PS Our airplane was at 6:20pm and the host kindly allowed us to stay way past the checkout time. How considerate!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ebony’s place in Sayulita. The location right in the middle of town was so close to the beach and all restaurants! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music each night (If you’re adverse to noise this might not be for you). Overall we had a 10/10 time!

Enrique’s home was amazing. The beach is truly steps away, the complex is incredibly safe and well cared for. The home had all the amenities of home. Nacho and Guerillamina were welcoming and kind. My family would absolutely recommend and hope to return to Enrique’s.

We had the best escape at Alexis's place! The distance to town was perfect - maybe a three minute walk to the square and a five minute walk to the beach. Close enough to get there in an instant, but far enough away to be separate from the hustle and bustle. The place was free of clutter but had everything we needed. And the communication was impressive: quick, helpful, and informative! It was obvious there was thought put into what guests would want and would benefit from, and we soaked it up! We look forward to staying there on our next escape to Sayulita!

Summer’s place was amazing! My partner and I stayed for a week and a half. It was a perfect spot for just the 2 of us. Location was great, we walked everywhere, but it was still quiet at night. Also close to the surf break which was really nice. Also, Summer’s local travel guide was amazing! Great recommendations for food spots, local shops, hikes and surrounding beaches. We tried to go to as many places on the list as we could. Would recommend.

Great place with an excellent location. Matthew's apartment is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. If you're looking for a cozy place to relax but still accessible for interesting activities or visiting paradisiacal places, this is the place for you. My family and I felt at home and safe at all times. Matt was always on top of everything and made my stay very pleasant. I will definitely come back!

Clean unit with great amenities and close to everyone. Great restaurants nearby. The upstart pool is spectacular with the best views in Vallarta

This was an excellent space and is right up the street from the Malecon and just over the bridge from Zona Romantica. I really love staying here. The kitchen had everything you could need, it was very clean and the AC worked very well. There are a few things to note on the not great side. The shower gets warm, never hot. It was mostly a nonissue for me, but there were a couple days during my trip I really wanted a hot shower! Another thing to note, N.A. this is both good and bad, is that there are no windows so I slept great, but sometimes found it difficult to wake up without any natural light coming into the unit. And lastly, during my stay there were lots to gnats that I couldn’t get rid of and many days there were large roaches that would run out from under the fridge. To end on a great note, the owner and their staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Check in was smooth and they were incredibly responsive!

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

Perfect place to stay in Sayulita—just a 15-minute walk from downtown, located in a very quiet area, and only 5 minutes from Sayulita’s north beach (a very beautiful and peaceful beach). The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with small details that make a big difference: very comfortable mattress and pillows, air conditioning, a pool, and the best host. The walk to the house is doable and actually a good workout. For those who don’t enjoy walking, renting a golf cart is an option—and a fun experience too. I definitely hope to come back soon. Loved staying at Eleonora's place! They were super accommodating and even let us check in early and check out late. it was perfect!
