Welcome to Owl’s Nest, a charming cottage just 2.5 miles from Jay Peak Resort. Warm in winter and A/C added 7/25. This cozy eco-friendly retreat reflects care, character, and elevated comfort. It features radiant heat floors, cathedral ceilings, and a mix of rustic and modern design. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area with queen sleeper sofa, loft w queen bed, bedroom with twin bed and a 3/4 bath. Relax by the fire pit or explore the slopes nearby—the perfect mountain escape!

The space
Welcome to Owl’s Nest, a cozy 450 sq. ft. cottage perfect for a romantic getaway, ski vacation, summer mountain biking, hockey tournaments, or a peaceful escape to the Northeast Kingdom. Though compact, this tiny house offers comfort and charm with a tall cathedral ceiling, oversized ceiling fan, and open-concept living. The main space features a dining nook, full kitchen, and sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and 40” TV (streaming ready). A loft, accessed by a steep but manageable ladder, offers a quaint queen sleeping area with decorative tile flooring and a view of the attractive architecture, craftsmanship, and style below. A small bedroom with a twin bed connects to a 3/4 bath with a high chandelier and spacious tiled shower. Guests rave about its charm and call it the ultimate cozy retreat!

If you’re a snowboarder, skier (alpine, BC, Nordic), part of a hockey family, an avid golfer, fisherman, mountain biker, or gravel cyclist, this is the perfect spot. The natural scenery is stunning, and there are plenty of great dining experiences to enjoy. If you have specific preferences, feel free to ask, and I can point you in the right direction.
