A large elegant country house set in over an acre of private gardens just one mile from beautiful Stamford, with 3 floors, spacious rooms and high ceilings.
There is a large hot tub in the courtyard and a games room.
The house can sleep up to 17 comfortably in 7 bedrooms - a large ensuite attic room, 3 kingsize double rooms, a smaller double and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor for those with restricted mobility. There are 4 large bathrooms plus two separate wc’s.

The space
The lounge offers views over the garden through the large Georgian windows with an open fire for cosy relaxation and the grand dining room is perfect for a celebration dinner. The breakfast kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home stay with an electric range cooker, filter coffee maker, cafetières, kettle, toaster, microwave, two fridge/freezers and a dishwasher. Plus a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. All bed linen and towels are provided, we just ask you to bring your own towels for use in the hot tub, please.

A games room with a small pool table and dart board provides some competitive fun. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with large hot tub (sanitised and filled with fresh water for each stay) and extensive grounds with a fenced paddock.

Parking is secure and plentiful with CCTV and the grounds are private with mature trees and areas for al fresco dining and relaxing.

Perfect for chilled hen groups and family and friends weekend get togethers. We can recommend plenty to do in the area, private chefs, pamper treatments at the house, bouquet and wreath making workshops, murder/mystery nights and celebration cakes and buns delivery to the house.

Stamford is a beautiful old Georgian market town and well worth a visit, there are many independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants all within a 25 minute walk or short taxi ride.

Burghley House and Gardens are close by as is Rutland Water and plenty of great days out.

A security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorised on a credit or debit card on arrival, no funds are taken from your card.
Children are welcome but please note that due to the nature and width of the stairs, stair gates can not be used effectively. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
Please note that we cannot provide a BBQ but you are welcome to bring your own.
There is no facility for EV charging at the Farmhouse and cables through the windows are not permitted due to insurance restrictions. Thank you.
