Welcome to my fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-storey unit in Calamba Park Place—just minutes from LPU Laguna, Walter Mart Makiling, FPIP, and Carmelray 2. It’s a 77.25 sqm home with living, dining, and a kitchen for light cooking.

Additional Sleeping:
For groups over 6 guests, a sofa bed and extra floor beddings will be provided in the living room.
Note: To use the living room aircon, please request in advance so we can arrange the electricity setup. An additional fee of ₱500 per night applies.

Parking Information:
Parking is limited to small cars only to keep the driveway clear for the apartment lessee next door.
For SUVs and vans, please park in front of the house, positioning one side of the vehicle on the walkway to avoid blocking the driveway.
Additional Notes:
Guests are not allowed to bring personal appliances (e.g., rice cooker, electric fan, air fryer, etc.)
Violators will be fined ₱5,000
Important: Please note there’s an apartment next door that shares the same entrance. The stairs on the parkway lead to the apartment.o

Guests can freely use the main house, but access to indoor parking and parking stairs is limited.

Self Check-In: Access codes will be sent via the Airbnb app on the morning of your check-in day.

No Extra Appliances: Guests are not allowed to bring their own appliances for safety reasons.
