The space
The studio has a porch with an outdoor seating area and pool in the vicinity. You will find an orange grove in front of your door or if you want to walk up along the property you will find many other fruit tree plantations.

Pool use:
The pool is shared with the property owners, though it is rarely used by them. In the event of any family gathering, guests will always be informed in advance.
The pool is fully maintained and available during the warmer months. In winter, we pause maintenance and reuse the water to nourish the garden in spring, following a seasonal and sustainable approach.

Just 15 min walk to the Thermal Spa and park, you will find beautiful green areas around the river and a hiking trail.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are also available in the same area.

Apenas a 15 min a pé das Termas e do parque, vai encontrar zonas verdes junto ao rio e um trilho pedonal muito simpático.
Supermercado, banco, farmácia e restaurantes também estão disponíveis nessa zona.
