Quiet Hours Policy
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:45PM to 10:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum, including music, conversations, and TV volume.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and the community. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation.

🚭 Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.

If there is any evidence of smoking, including but not limited to cigarette, cigar, marijuana, or vape odors, ashes, or residue, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

This fee will also apply if there is any lingering smell of smoke in the apartment after check-out, as it requires deep cleaning and odor removal.

We kindly ask that all smoking be done outside the property, away from doors and windows.

Electricity in Punta Cana is significantly more expensive than in many countries. To keep pricing fair for everyone, we include:

✅ 10 kWh worth of electricity per day.

This amount is typically enough with responsible usage, such as:
• Turning off the A/C when leaving the apartment
• Keeping doors/windows closed while A/C is running
• Turning off lights not in use

At checkout, we simply check the energy meter and compare to give an accurate usage.
If consumption exceeds 10kWh per day, the additional amount will be charged to the guest based on actual cost — no surprises, no hidden fees. ✔️
