Other things to note
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. To maintain security, CCTV cameras are strategically placed around the perimeter of the property, offering peace of mind throughout your stay.
As stewards of both comfort and safety, we kindly remind our guests that our house is constructed from lightweight materials. To ensure the well-being of everyone and the preservation of the property, activities such as SMOKING, SETTING UP BONFIRES, and USING FIRECRACKERS are strictly PROHIBITED on the premises. Guests are held accountable for any damages incurred to the property and its surroundings.
Our pool has a depth of 5 feet. For safety, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ADULTS AT ALL TIMES.
Charging of electric vehicles is currently NOT available, as our electrical capacity cannot support it at this time.
We kindly ask that guests do not charge EVs on the property without prior notice and approval.
Please note that any damages or electrical issues resulting from unauthorized EV charging will be charged to the guest responsible.
By proceeding with the reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules, property details, and reminders stated above.
Guests acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of their companions during their stay. The owners shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that may occur on the premises. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or facilities during the stay shall be charged accordingly to the responsible guest.
Guests also understand that interruptions in water supply (although a reserve tank is available), electricity, and internet connectivity may occur due to factors beyond the owners’ control. In such instances, refunds or compensation will not be provided.
