You haven't experienced a farm until you stayed in a barn. The room is located inside an actual working barn. We maintain a very clean barn but please recognize that IT'S A BARN.
We are a working farm where you will see sheep, cows, horses, chickens and dogs.
The 5 C Red Barn, LLC is conveniently located to 81/77 corridor just 6.3 miles from 81 town of Wytheville VA.
Horses must have current coggins. Stalls sold separately. If you’re traveling with livestock and need a layover we are available
The space
The Bunkhouse offers a full bath with a sliding barn door. refrigerator, microwave, keurig .Roku TV. Free WiFi is provided. There are two lofts, one queen bed on one side of the loft as the other side offers two twin beds. The ladder leading up to the loft is steep and sturdy and easy to climb. The loft only has 5 ft clearance. Also, please be aware that you will need to be able to climb a 8ft ladder to access the loft . All linens and towels are provided
We also have 4 stalls and a small turnout available to accommodate travelers with horses. Stalls and turnout are at additional cost.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk around the barn area. You may observed animals at a distance. If you want up and close personal meet and greet the animals please reach out.

During your stay
We will be in out during the day as this is our home and a working ranch.
Guest are welcome to walk around the barn area.
Horses are not available for riding but can be greeted at the barn (not fed) if they are up.
If you’d like a more up close experience with our animals, please reach out. We’d love to arrange a time for you to see them.
Other things to note
Our farm house is located on the property as well so you will see us around. We will do our best to keep your stay peaceful and quiet but we do live on a farm with animals and children!
Please respect our farm and land, animals and property as we would like to continue sharing this space with many people to come. This is a vacation for you; but it's our home which we gladly want to share with you. No smoking in the Barn or pets (we have a balance we try to maintain on the farm and outside pets or animals tend to upset that balance)
Please be prepared for farm type smells, etc. and we do have multiple dogs that will be around during the day. Not recommended for children who are scared of dogs
SECURITY CAMERA are located on the front barn entry along inside the barn. ( NO CAMERAS ARE IN THE BUNKHOUSE)
This can possibly pick up audio and record 24/7
