Bookings for more than 6 guests will include access to the loft area, which features additional sleeping arrangements (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds). For reservations with 6 or fewer guests, the loft area will remain locked and unavailable.

Community & Guest Guidelines

Gated Community Access: This home is located in a private gated community. To ensure smooth entry, please provide your registration details before arrival. A $50 guest permit fee per car is required at the gate, granting access to roads and community amenities. Permits are valid for up to 7 days and are enforced per community policy.

Noise & Gatherings: To respect the community’s tranquility, loud music, parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise complaints involving authorities may result in eviction without a refund.

Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway, garage, and rear of the property. Cameras record video and sound when motion is detected but do not monitor indoor spaces.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including front and back yards. A $1,000 penalty will apply if smoking is detected.

Cleanliness & Damage: We want every guest to enjoy a clean home. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets: Unauthorized pets are not allowed. A $200 cleaning fee plus any damage costs will apply for violations.
