Nestled in the Sacred Valley, halfway between Cusco & Machu Picchu, our sunny luxury cottage feels like a true home away from home. Steps from the Vilcanota river, wake up to breathtaking mountain views, cozy up by the fireplace, and sip your morning coffee on the terrace while hummingbirds dance in the garden. 🌿

The space
Step into a world of warmth and refined Andean luxury. Killawasi is a beautifully crafted cottage where every detail has been thoughtfully curated — from the soaring vaulted timber beam ceilings and hand-painted artisan tile floors to the ornate gilded mirrors and custom handcrafted furnishings.
The bright, sun-filled open-plan living area flows seamlessly from the fully equipped chef's kitchen to the fireside sitting room and out to the covered terrace — where colorful Peruvian textiles, lush gardens and the sound of the Vilcanota river create an atmosphere unlike anywhere else.
Both bedrooms are private sanctuaries with vaulted ceilings, en suite bathrooms and authentic Andean décor. The king master suite opens to a private balcony with breathtaking mountain and valley views. A third bathroom on the lower level ensures every guest is comfortably accommodated.
Outside, hummingbirds dart through the garden while ducks drift along the river below. As the Andean sun sets behind the mountains, pour a glass of wine and let the Sacred Valley work its magic.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy — every room, the gardens, and the terrace. A covered parking spot is included for your convenience. We simply keep one closet on the main floor reserved for our housekeeping supplies.

Where you’ll be

Calca, Cusco, Peru

Calca was once the center trading area for the Incas which makes it the perfect spot for aventure, shopping, and exploring. close by are museums, ruins, markets and much more. Today Calca is not a typical tourist destination, which makes your visit even more meaningful and authentic. We recommend visiting Museo Inkariy which is a 5 min. drive from us. Also, the Inca Salt Pans of Maras, 30 min. by car. For a casual lunch or dinner try Carmen Del Valle Restaurante. If you're looking for vegan or vegetarian Restaurante Kawsaytika has delicious and well prepared food. They are located on the corner Southwest of the church in the city center plaza.
If you want or need to take a yoga class, try casa Shakti located in Calle Espinar, Calca or you can check their schedule on FB.
I also recommend Vinilo's Café Cultural, great coffee, cappuccinos and delightful desserts. Scencia Café is also a great spot for coffee, tea, and other tasty snacks.
