• As the property is in a residential area, outdoor noise must stop by 9pm. This includes use of the garden, outdoor lighting, and hot tub.

• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• The hot tub requires at least 24 hours’ notice prior to arrival to be prepared.

Things I dislike: giant multinational companies who have the monopoly on selling crappy junk foods, chain restaurants, homelessness & food waste as there is no need for them in a world of abundance! Things I love : startups, positivity, healthy food. My husband Tony is a postman who loves Newcastle United and watching a good movie. We both enjoy live comedy & relaxed nights in.
