The space
Our caretaker Mark and his family live on the property. They can assist you with reasonable tasks.

Let us know if you want the sofa beds prepared with beddings when you arrive. We can fix it before bedtime.

Room composition: 22 pax max.
*More can be accommodated if kids under 12 years old share beds with parents. Children 12 years old and above, helpers/yayas, and drivers are counted as guests/pax.

1ST FLOOR (Total 6 pax):
Bedroom 3
> 2 single beds = 2pax
> with own T&B
1st floor Theme Room/Living Room: (open room, near dining)
> Big sofa bed = 3pax
> Single sofa bed = 1pax
> with own T&B

2ND FLOOR (Total 9 pax):
Master’s Bedroom / Bedroom 1:
> 1 King bed = 2pax
> 1 Queen daybed pull out = 2pax

2nd Bedroom/ Bedroom 2:
> 2 queen beds = 4pax
> 1 sofa bed = 1pax
> with own T&B

BASEMENT/ Bedroom 4 (Total 6 pax):

HOUSE RULES:

We strictly observe community regulations and the city’s 10:00 PM–5:00 AM quiet hours. Loud gatherings, parties, and karaoke are NOT permitted. Subdivision security may intervene in case of complaints.

🛌 Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional guests beyond the approved capacity (including children 12+) are subject to extra charges.

🐶🐱 We allow only one (1) small-breed pet, subject to prior approval and a ₱1,000/night fee. Pets must be declared in advance and included in the booking.

• No smoking or open flames inside the house.
• Furniture rearrangement is NOT permitted without approval.
• Guests are expected to dispose of trash properly and NO flushing wipes or sanitary products to prevent plumbing damage (any resulting repairs will be charged accordingly)
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation and notification of authorities.
• All losses and damages will be charged for replacement - especially if caused by pet.

Located in a secure gated subdivision - due to the increase of scams and for everyones safety, compliance to security protocols is a must.
‼️ Non-compliance with village security rules may lead to reservation cancellation.

The whole property is available for use except the caretakers quarters and locked places.

For seniors and PWDs, there are 3 steps leading up to the house. However, we do have a room on the first floor which is walking distance to the living, dining room and kitchen.

Grab is accessible to the house.
If you need a taxi please tell Mark, the guardhouse can assist you.
