Our beautiful house is located between Chur and Arosa in Molinis, like on an alpine pasture. Peace and quiet are guaranteed.
A large fireplace invites you to beautiful evenings.

It is possible to drive directly to the house by car. 1 parking space is available. For additional cars, there is a free parking area nearby.
