Vaulted ceilings, with large windows, river views, from large deck with 2-person hot tub just outside screen tent with gas fire pit and deck furniture.
10 minutes from Corning and ½ hour from Finger Lakes and Wine Country. We DO NOT accept local bookings without our prior approval. Please inquire.

Keep your entire family or group together. Intimate luxury accommodations in a wooded country setting. Spacious and private. Completely self-contained. Spacious kitchen with all appliances and large dining area. All the comforts of home and more. Located in Campbell just 8 miles from Corning, New York. You can hike on 20 acres. Washer, dryer, coffee maker, iron, microwave, dishwasher, stove, toaster and many other items. Private bathroom with toiletries, change of sheets and linen are of course included. Upstairs bedrooms share Jack & Jill bathroom. Free Wi-Fi. 65-inch-high quality HD TV. These extras are yours at no extra charge when you stay.

Other things to note
We do not have central air conditioning, however we have a large portable unit in each bedroom.
Though not often, we occasionally get a sulfur odor in the hot water. We have had the water tested, and it is safe to use for drinking, cooking, bathing, etc.
