In March 2024 I resigned my career as Cellar Master at The Newt in Somerset and followed my wife, Paula all the way around the world to the tiny coral atoll of Cocos (Keeling) Islands. We have spent the last year house keeping and hosting international guests at Oceania House (a colonial, 6 bedroom mansion house) Living and working on this tropical paradise has inspired us to share our home in Somerset and use our skills learnt whilst in Cocos.
