Long-Term Stay Note:
For long-term stays, the monthly package includes up to 1,000 units of electricity usage for 2 BHK apartments and up to 1,500 units for 3 BHK apartments. Additional consumption, if any, will be charged separately based on meter readings.
GST invoice is available for corporate and business bookings. Kindly let us know in advance if required.
• Check-in & Access: Upon arrival, a staff member from Comfort Curator will hand over the key to the apartment’s main gate for your convenience or you may Self Check-In via key lock box. • House Rules:-
