Welcome to Tiny Paradise, a cozy, small, and bright cottage just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the dunes. Where less is more! 🌴
A nice place to catch your breath, with everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay. The cottage sleeps 2 and is decorated with an eye for simplicity, tranquility and a touch of luxury.
Your dog is also welcome to join you and enjoy the long walks on the beach!

The space
Tiny Paradise is at the end of a quiet alley and is attached to an old fisherman's cottage in a kind of courtyard. I live in this fisherman's cottage myself, together with my sweet dog Summer. The main entrance (gate) of the courtyard garden is communal, after which the Tiny has its own door and private. This space includes a sleeping area and a bathroom. Adjacent to the Tiny is its own veranda with lounge area.

Inside
The indoor area is about a total of 12m2 and consists of a bedroom and a bathroom. The room is equipped with a 140 x 200 high-quality box spring. A kettle and a Nespresso machine with milk frother are provided to help you get going. There is also a large refrigerator provided so you can keep the coldest drinks and enjoy them on any desired inside or outside under your own porch.

The bathroom has a lovely rain shower with shower gel and shampoo, sink and toilet.

Outside (garden)
Tiny is small in size, but has everything you need to enjoy. Adjacent to the Tiny is a tiny private veranda where you can sit. There is also a lovely outdoor shower (cold and hot water) where you can rinse off after a beach day.

Please note: the courtyard garden is also the entrance to the fisherman's cottage where I live with the dog Summer itself. So the gate is communal, as is the courtyard garden- which is screened as privately as possible.

In the evening, the outdoor area is lit with lights and a torch candle and it is a nice place to enjoy the day for a long time.

The nicest beach bars and eateries are just minutes to walk. There is also a supermarket within walking distance.

Tiny Paradise is called Tiny for a reason; enjoy the simplicity, don't bring too much stuff and you will find that you don't need so much to enjoy the beach and life here!

The gate of the courtyard garden is the shared entrance for both the tiny house and the adjacent house. The garden itself is a common area. I take advantage of this passage, as well as my dog. The porch of the tiny house is private and screened as much as possible.

Tiny is just steps away from the sand and sand dunes, both of which are just a 3 minute walk away. The centre of Zandvoort with its restaurants and bars is a 2-minute walk away, as is Holland Casino. And 800 meters from Zandvoort railway station.

During the summer period, dogs are not allowed on the beach (except if they are leashed). However, dogs are welcome all year round in the beautiful dune area, where they can swim. In this dune is also a lake, where dogs can swim. A dog paradise!

I love both the beach and the forest and enjoy that with my dog Summer! That's why I'm happy to share two special places: one by the sea and one in the middle of nature on the Veluwe.
