* You can tie your boat off on our bank. We do not have a boat slip on the property. Sandy’s Highway 36 Marina has boat slips available and is just two miles away.
*This is a lake front cottage and you will experience lake side living including nature, beautiful cranes, lush elephant ears and cattails. May flies, mosquitoes, water bugs and other typical lakeside insects may be encountered from time to time.
We take regular active measures to prevent insects inside the home.
*Occasionally we experience heavy rains
that cause the grounds to get wet and natural debris to come onto the right side of the bank. You will have a direct path to the lake.
This property does not have a dock. You can fish, kayak and swim directly from the bank.
*We have you started with firewood but should you need more, you are welcome to gather fallen sticks for the firepit on the property.
You can purchase bundles of wood, fire starter and fishing supplies from the convenience store located 2 miles away.
Dollar General 2 miles away carries groceries and other items of convenience.
