The space
There are horses, dogs and cats on the property, so guests can expect to interact with these animals.
The Ranch also offers a picnic service and horseback riding (on weekends). Please inquire if you would like these additional services. Customers who are not staying enjoy the horseback riding service. They come to the Rancho and then go to this activity, spending little time in the area near the Chalet.
The chalet's entrance door faces the valley, and the back of the chalet faces the property, so privacy is guaranteed.
The Rancho Chalet is close to the barn that houses some horses, about 50 meters away. It is also close to the house of Mr. Nelson, who lives on the property and takes care of the horses, also about 50 meters away.
Guest access
You will have access to the swing, deck, and ground fire, which are very close to the Chalet.
It has parking, Wi-Fi, a 50-inch TV, a soaking tub, and a wood-burning fireplace. Air conditioning in the living room and in the upper bedroom.
Meals are not included in the daily rate. The Cottage has an equipped kitchen for preparing your meals.
Inside, the Cottage has:
Airfryer, blender, electric kettle, sandwich maker, 2 fans, fondue machine, dishes, baking trays, cutlery, pots, glasses, plates, bowls, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, induction cooktop, record player, Bluetooth speaker, towel and picnic basket, hairdryer, Zagonel electric shower.
In the master bedroom, the bed is king size, and in the smaller bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
We offer, at no extra charge, 1 bath towel per guest as well as 1 set of bed linens and 1 pillow.
We provide, at no extra charge, basic items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish towel, salt, sugar, pepper, oil, coffee, filter, tea, artesian well water, napkins, matches and hand sanitizer.
Access to YouTube, Netflix and Disney Plus.
The Rancho garden has salads, spices, and teas that can be used by guests.
Other things to note
The Ranch is 25 km from downtown Chapecó/SC, of which 2.5 km are dirt road.
The Chalet has a Santos Dumont model internal staircase, which is steeper.
We provide a basket of firewood to be used in the fireplace and fire pit per day. If you need more firewood, we have it for sale at R$50 per basket. Request the extra basket in advance. Bringing firewood is not allowed.
If the guest wants to use a grill over the fire pit, request it in advance. We do not provide charcoal.
We provide 1 bath foam and bath salt kit per night. If you need more, we have the kit for sale for 30 reais.
Pets are not allowed because we have 3 dogs and 2 cats on the property that roam freely.
Meals are not included in the daily rate.
We have wine, Coca-Cola, beer and some food, which are priced, for consumption on the chalet premises. They can be consumed and paid for at checkout.

It is not allowed to welcome people to the chalet as guests of the guests. Only the number of people specified in the reservation is allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
No smoking inside of Cottage.
Due to the time required for preparation, maintenance, and cleaning, we do not offer flexible check-in and check-out. A fee will be applied for late check-out.
We are not a hotel/inn. We do not have room service, meaning we do not clean or change towels/linens daily.
When booking, the guest will be aware that the internet and electricity supply may be interrupted depending on the region and operators. We are located in a rural area, and this does not imply the termination of the contract or a refund, since these are events beyond our control. In addition, given the location of the Rancho, maintenance and repair services will be provided during business hours and will depend on the availability of service providers.
The guest is aware that we have security cameras on the property and cannot cancel the reservation for this reason.
Keeping the door and window closed when the air conditioner is on improves performance.
Please remove your shoes inside the chalet. The slippers are for use inside the chalet.
Do not leave or sleep with the fireplace lit. Avoid accidents. And in case of smoke, please leave the door and window open for ventilation.
Turn off the exterior lights when going to sleep.
Fill the bathtub to a level where your body does not cause water to spill out, and do not move it from its place. Otherwise, there will be a leak. The bathtub takes around 40 minutes to fill.
Broken or damaged items will be charged.
Tap water is not potable. The water in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter is from an artesian well and can be consumed.
